The company Fnac Madeira felt the need to improve one of the tools they use every day, the application of Customer Order Management, with the main objective of maintaining quality service and communication as clear as possible with their customers. It is in this environment that emerges this stage that the main objective is to improve the application and allow it to send personalized messages to contact the costumer chooses. In general, an assessment is made to the application in the enterprise, and so it defines the features to be improved/changed, as well as it allow being possible to send personalized messages, to clients , for all categories in the existing company.
