Abstract(s)
O presente documento surge no âmbito do Estágio Pedagógico do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário realizado na Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz no ano letivo 2016/2017. Pretende-se, com ele, expor as principais atividades desempenhadas, bem como todo o processo de análise e reflexão, sustentado pelo conhecimento científico. Primeiramente tornou-se fulcral fazer-se um enquadramento contextual da Escola, ajustando todo o trabalho desenvolvido durante o Estágio Pedagógico, respeitando as particularidades do meio envolvente. Assim, desenvolveu-se um conjunto de ferramentas imprescindíveis a todo o processo ensino-aprendizagem, nomeadamente: planeamento, controlo e avaliação. Todo o percurso formativo do professor estagiário passou pela gestão do processo ensino-aprendizagem, através do desenvolvimento da sua capacidade de sistematizar o conhecimento, aplicando-o coerentemente e intencionalmente ao longo da sua prática pedagógica. Desencadearam-se vários processos, estratégias e competências ao longo do ano letivo, esperando-se a transformação pessoal e profissional. A maior preocupação centrou-se na adaptação ao contexto escolar, domínio e aplicação de metodologias e estratégias adquiridas no percurso académico, procurando, de certa forma, diminuir a incerteza e imprevisibilidade no nosso meio de ação. Este processo formativo não se remeteu unicamente à função de docente, mas também se estendeu à concretização de ações de natureza científico-pedagógica (individual e coletiva), assistência às aulas, atividades de intervenção na comunidade escolar e de integração no meio, bem como a tarefas de auxílio à função de diretor de turma. Esta multiplicidade de funções, apanágio constante da prática de estágio, possibilitou-nos desenvolver a capacidade de uma gestão metodizada do tempo disponível, conhecimento científico necessário, e adequação da nossa intervenção às problemáticas resultantes da prática pedagógica. Assume-se então, que este Estágio Pedagógico contribuiu para elucidar-nos acerca dos vários papéis que o professor assume, na área pedagógica, social e administrativa.
The present document arises within the scope of the Pedagogical Internship of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education carried out in the Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz in the 2016/2017 school year. It intends, with him, to expose the main activities performed, as well as the entire process of analysis and reflection, supported by scientific knowledge. Firstly, it became crucial to make a contextual framework of the School, adjusting all the work developed during the Pedagogical Stage, respecting the particularities of the surrounding environment. Thus, a set of essential tools was developed for the whole teaching-learning process, namely: planning, control and evaluation. The entire traineeship of the trainee teacher passed through the management of the teaching-learning process, through the development of his capacity to systematize knowledge, applying it coherently and intentionally throughout his pedagogical practice. Several processes, strategies and competences were unleashed throughout the school year, and personal and professional transformation is expected. The main concern was the adaptation to the school context, mastery and application of methodologies and strategies acquired in the academic course, searching, in a certain way, decrease uncertainty and unpredictability in our means of action. This formative process did not only refer to the role of teacher, but also extended to the accomplishment of actions of a scientific-pedagogical nature (individual and collective), attendance to classes, intervention activities in the school community and integration in the environment, as well as assisting the role of class director. This multiplicity of functions, a constant appanage of the internship practice, enabled us to develop the capacity of a methodological management of available time, scientific knowledge necessary, and adequacy of our intervention to the problems resulting from pedagogical practice. It is assumed, then, that this Pedagogical Stage contributed to elucidate us about the various roles that the teacher assumes, in the pedagogical, social and administrative area.
