Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação discorre sobre a análise de um programa de educação emocional, intitulado Amigos do Zippy, em uma escola da rede particular, localizada na cidade de Fortaleza, capital do Estado do Ceará, na região nordeste do Brasil, no ano de 2017. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida usando o método qualitativo, por meio da etnografia, com observação ativa, em que o pesquisador participou das ações pedagógicas em uma turma do 2º ano do ensino fundamental, das reuniões de formação dos professores que participaram do projeto e teve acesso aos documentos adotados como fundamentação teórica para a execução do projeto. A pesquisa está segmentada em dois blocos: no primeiro, temos os textos que servem como referencial teórico para entendermos os princípios da educação emocional, com citações dos pensadores nucleares que norteiam esse novo foco de como se faz educação, a “história de vida” do Programa Amigos do Zippy, a sua metodologia de trabalho e o locus da pesquisa e, por final, a descrição do foco da investigação, definindo o conceito de inovação pedagógica adotado pelo grupo de pesquisa do Departamento de Ciências da Educação da Universidade da Madeira. No segundo bloco, abordamos o estudo empírico desta dissertação, discutindo o aspecto metodológico da pesquisa, descrevendo todo o percurso das vivências etnográficas, os relatos dos atores envolvidos e a análise dos dados obtidos com o objetivo de investigar se o que foi observado trata-se de um case de inovação pedagógica que proporcionou uma ruptura com o modelo tradicional e repercutiu em uma aprendizagem significativa por intermédio de processos matéticos.
This essay discusses the analysis of an emotional education program, entitled Zippy´s friends, in a private school, located in Fortaleza, capital of the State of Ceará, in the northeast of Brazil, in the year 2017. The survey was developed using qualitative method through the Ethnography, with active observation, in which the researcher participated in the pedagogical actions of a 2nd grade class of elementary school, teachers´ in service meetings with the project participants and had access to documents adopted as a theoretical foundation for the execution of the project. The research is divided into two blocks: in the first, we have the texts that serve as theoretical framework for understanding the principles of emotional education, with quotations from main thinkers that guide this new focus of how to make education, the history of life of the " Zippy´s friend program”, its working methodology and the research´s locus. Finally, the description of the investigation core, defining the concept of pedagogical innovation adopted by the research group of the Department of Educational Sciences in the University of Madeira. In the second block, we discuss the empirical study of this dissertation, arguing the methodological aspect of the survey, describing the whole course of the ethnographic experiences, reports of the actors involved and the analysis of data obtained with the objective to investigate whether what was noted is a case of pedagogical innovation that provided a break from the traditional model and reflected in a meaningful learning through mathetics processes.
