Abstract(s)
do intérprete.
This project presents itself, in the frst instance, as an integrated challenge in the constitution of the works with a view to the implementation of a theater group at the University of Madeira. In its writing, we went back in time, to visit the complex cultural universe that, visible or not, has empowered the development of groups of this nature, assessing their contribution to the professional artistic landscape. A travel back in time that, seeks to materialize and concretize the legacy of the academic theater and its agents. But theater shall not live by stories. Here we try to materialise its manifestation, emphasize what distinguishes it from everything alse: life. Each performer explore elements of theatrical language, essential for the transmission of an involving and credible theater, and so, in our specific case, we intend to leave a solid testimony of its materalization, so that it does not promote a lack of aesthetic rigor in the performer’s work. We close with the analysis of the pedagogical and creative process that, the collective experienced, analysing the data observed in the context of technical preparation, and establishing a relationship between the individual manifestation of each one with the group, looking for a firm response between individuality, daily life and its theatricality. We intend to demonstrate an effective credibility of the art of acting and its direct association with the entity and cultural identity of each performer. With this contribution, we hope to reinforce the importance that Cultural Management has in scientific training and specialization of audiences.
