dc.description.abstractEste trabalho divide-se em duas partes. Na primeira parte é feito um enquadramento histórico e legal do ensino técnico-profissional em Portugal e a segunda parte é dedicada a uma reflexão crítica sobre esta via de ensino. O ensino técnico-profissional em Portugal implicou numa análise à reforma Veiga Simão, nos anos 70, e aos ideais da Revolução de Abril de 1974, cujas mãos são filhas do fascismo. Deu-se assim a eliminação do ensino técnico e é em 1983, com a Reforma Seabra, que é introduzido em Portugal o conceito de novo vocacionalismo perante a eminente entrada de Portugal na CEE. Em 1989, são criadas as escolas profissionais e um ano antes, 1988, é criado o GETAP (Gabinete de Ensino Tecnológico, Artístico e Profissional). Este mesmo gabinete foi extinto em 1992 por razões políticas e numa altura em que ocorria, na Europa, um forte desinvestimento no ensino profissional. Entre avanços e recuos, através de normativos legais, a implementação desta via de ensino, durante a primeira década do séc. XXI, levou ao relembrar das mãos enquanto filhas do fascismo e criou uma agoniante e dissimulada forma de reprodução social através do currículo.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThis work is divided into two parts. The first part is a historical and legal framework of the technical-vocational education in Portugal and the second part is devoted to a critical reflection on this path of teaching. The technical-vocational education in Portugal led to a review to reform Veiga Simão, in the 70s and ideals of the Revolution of April 1974 where the hands are daughters of fascism. Gave up for the loss of technical education and is in 1983, with the Reformation Seabra, which is introduced in Portugal the concept of new vocations before the imminent entry of Portugal into the EEC. In 1989 the vocational schools are created and a year before, 1988 is hereby GETAP (Office of Technological, Vocational and Artistic Education). The same office was abolished in 1992 for political reasons and at the same time occurred in Europe, a strong disinvestment in vocational education. Between forward and backward through legal regulations to implement vocational education, during the first decade of XXI century, led to the remind the hands as daughters of fascism and created a distressing and covert built social reproduction through the curriculum.pt_PT
