Abstract(s)
O presente Relatório de Estágio representa o término de todo o processo
de realização do estágio pedagógico inserido no Mestrado em Ensino de
Educação Física nos Ensinos Básicos e Secundário da Universidade da
Madeira. Estágio este realizado durante o ano letivo 2018/2019 na Escola
Secundária Jaime Moniz, localizada no Funchal, com uma turma de 12º ano.
Os principais objetivos são a apresentação e reflexão das diversas
situações ocorridas ao longo desta experiência, com especial atenção às
aprendizagens adquiridas, bem como as dúvidas que tivemos com o decorrer da
mesma.
Tivemos a oportunidade de entender e sentir o dia a dia de um docente,
o trabalho que deve ser realizado e o quanto este mesmo trabalho apresenta
constantemente duvidas, necessidade de dedicação, momentos inesperados e
tomadas de decisões que terão sempre repercussões, seja no aluno, no próprio
docente ou outro envolvente da comunidade escolar. O professor não é apenas
um individuo que durante noventa minutos apresenta exercícios para os alunos
realizarem e controla-os durante este tempo, mas acumula uma série de funções
momentâneas tais como conselheiro, mediador de conflitos ou colega. Tudo isto
sem perder o foco nos processos ensino-aprendizagem e desenvolvimento
integral dos alunos, formando assim jovens mais bem preparados para a vida
adulta ao invés de elevar a preocupação em formar jovens atletas.
Posto isto e tendo em conta o Estágio Pedagógico ter sido realizado com
uma turma do último ano do ciclo de estudos, o desenvolvimento de hábitos de
vida saudável, bem como transmitir-lhes ferramentas para que consigam cultivar
tais hábitos é de elevada importância.
This Internship Report represents the end of the entire process of carrying out the pedagogical internship inserted in the Master in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the University of Madeira. This internship was carried out during the academic year 2018/2019 at Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz, located in Funchal, with a class of 12th grade. The main objectives are the presentation and reflection of the different situations that occurred during this experience, with special attention to the lessons learned, as well as the doubts we had with the course. We had the opportunity to understand and feel the daily life of a teacher, the work that must be done and how much this same work constantly presents doubts, need for dedication, unexpected moments and decision-making that will always have repercussions, whether on the student, on the teacher himself or other surroundings of the school community. The teacher is not just an individual who, during ninety minutes, presents exercises for students to perform and controls them during this time, but accumulates a series of momentary functions such as counselor, conflict mediator or colleague. All of this without losing focus on the teaching-learning processes and integral development of students, thus training young people better prepared for adult life instead of raising the concern to train young athletes. Having said that and taking into account the Pedagogical Internship having been carried out with a class from the last year of the study cycle, the development of healthy lifestyle habits, as well as providing them with tools so that they can cultivate such habits is of great importance.
