A proposta da presente investigação é a de abordar a temática da produção de videoclipes
e seus mecanismos, com o objetivo de analisar as particularidades da cena musical nos
contextos brasileiro, português e britânico, com enfoque nos produtos audiovisuais
datados no período de 2013 a 2023, dentro de um recorte específico de artistas/bandas da
cena atual, dos respectivos países escolhidos como objetos de pesquisa. Para tal, será
desenvolvido um estudo do mapeamento, identificação e análise das referidas produções,
nomeadamente a Análise da diversidade cultural nas produções de videoclipes nos
contextos brasileiro, português e britânico - Cena musical 2013-2023, de caráter
qualitativo e exploratório, com 06 artistas músicos enquanto participantes, sendo 02 de
cada contexto em estudo, e 03 profissionais do setor audiovisual musical, sendo 01 de
cada contexto supracitado, como participantes adicionais, utilizando como ferramenta de
recolha de dados entrevistas semiestruturadas para que, através da análise de conteúdo
das significações que permeiam as mensagens, possa se mergulhar na realidade da
experiência da cena musical dos referidos contextos, abrindo espaço para uma maior
compreensão dos processos de produção de videoclipes, num processo mais amplo. Neste
cenário, pretende-se, com esta investigação, a realização de um estudo que contribuirá
para o avanço na compreensão da produção de sentido dos videoclipes na comunicação
audiovisual dos contextos e período acima citados, tendo por base a diversidade cultural
dos vídeos musicais dos países em estudo.
The proposal of this research is to address the theme of music video production and its mechanisms, with the aim of analyzing the particularities of the music scene in the Brazilian, Portuguese and British contexts, with a focus on audiovisual products dated from 2013 to 2023, within a specific selection of artists/bands from the current scene, from the respective countries chosen as research instruments. To this end, a study of the mapping, identification and analysis of these productions will be developed, namely the Analysis of cultural diversity in music video productions in the Brazilian, Portuguese and British contexts - Music scene 2013-2023, of a qualitative and exploratory nature, with 06 musician artists as participants, 02 from each context under study, and 03 professionals from the music audiovisual sector, 01 from each aforementioned context, as additional participants, using semi-structured interviews as a data collection tool so that, through the content analysis of the meanings that permeate the messages, it is possible to delve into the reality of the experience of the music scene in these contexts, opening space for a greater understanding of the music video production processes, in a broader process. In this scenario, the aim of this research is to carry out a study that will contribute to the advancement in the understanding of the production of meaning in music videos in the audiovisual communication of the contexts and period mentioned above, based on the cultural diversity of music videos from the countries under study.
