Abstract(s)
constroem essas mesmas narrativas.
: Argemela Mountain, located between the municipalities of Fundão and Covilhã, serves as a clear example of how the landscape can be used to address issues ranging from the perceptions of a particular population group about the place where these people live, to global concerns such as climate change or the impact of armed conflicts. In a growing instability about the fate of this mountain, the meaning of the landscape is questioned, particularly regarding the discourses that shape it and the social groups that create these narratives. Given the opposing views on what the future of the mountain should look like, how can we define and discuss the set of vulnerabilities and resilience in order to guide future actions? Additionally, the challenge of organizing a discussion that involves so many different actors and narratives can be overwhelming. Do the populations have the necessary tools and literacy to consciously participate in shaping the landscape?
