Abstract(s)
O futebol é um jogo desportivo coletivo (JDC), mas é muito mais que isso
atualmente é um espetáculo desportivo, meio de educação física, uma disciplina de ensino
e uma área de aplicação da ciência. No entanto o ensino, treino e a investigação tem tido
diferentes perspetivas no futebol em relação ao conteúdo do jogo e das características do
ensino-treino.
Como a componente tática no futebol é cada vez mais desenvolvida, onde as
defesas são mais compactas e com uma grande pressão na procura da conquista da bola,
o que leva a que os jogadores tenham de decidir mais rápido, pelo que o seu sucesso
depende da sua capacidade de avaliar as situações que surgem no momento e decidir em
função da leitura do jogo, selecionando a melhor solução perante as dificuldades do
momento.
Este relatório visa revelar as atividades e experiências vividas no contexto treino
ao nível do futebol realizadas no Benfica Escolas de Futebol. Este estágio possibilitou
me o domínio de uma metodologia de treino em que a base é o trabalho da tomada de
decisão, permitindo também compreender o processo de comunicação com crianças e
jovens, seja no contexto de treino quer seja em competição.
Assim, longo da época desportiva, foi possível aprender e compreender a
metodologia treino/ensino utilizada e como era implementada através da aplicação de
exercícios em formas jogadas ou jogo e a importância do papel do treinador no ensino
aprendizagem da tomada de decisão.
Football is a team game (TG), but it is much more than that currently it is a sporting spectacle, a means of physical education, a teaching discipline and an area of application of science. However, teaching, training and research have had different perspectives in football in relation to the content of the game and the characteristics of teaching-training. As the tactical component in football is increasingly developed, where defenses are more compact and with great pressure on the pursuit of the ball, which leads to players having to decide faster so their success depends on their ability to evaluate the situations that arise at the moment and to decide according to the reading of the game, selecting the best solution in the face of the difficulties of the moment. This report aims to reveal the activities and experiences lived in the training context at the football level held at Benfica Football Schools. This internship allowed me to acquire a training methodology in which the basis is the work of decision making, also allowing to understand the process of communication with children and young people, whether in the context of training or in competition. Thus during the sporting season, it was possible to learn and understand the training / teaching methodology used and how it was implemented through the use of exercises in played forms or game and the importance of the role of the coach in teaching learning decision making.
