| dc.description.abstract | A partir da análise do filme O Botão de Pérola (2015), do realizador chileno Patrício Guzmán, serão discutidas questões relativas ao documentário ensaístico, como o caráter subjetivo e o tratamento poético dado à narrativa. Veremos como o filme de Guzmán aciona no espectador potentes pensamentos de mundo, por meio de uma cartografia afetiva descentrada, repleta de belas metáforas visuais. Ao enfatizar a força da natureza, O Botão de Pérola reforça a potência do território chileno e o poder de resistência e renovação de seus povos. Analisaremos como o diretor adensa as imagens do presente com a energia das sobrevivências (Didi-Huberman, 2013) através de rostos, falas, paisagens e vestígios. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Based on the analysis of the film The Pearl Botton (2015), by Chilean director Patrício Guzmán, the article will discuss issues related to the documentary essay, such as the subjective voice and the poetic treatment given to the narrative. We will see how Guzmán's film triggers on the viewer powerful thoughts of the world, through a decentralized affective cartography, full of beautiful visual metaphors. By emphasizing the strength of nature, The Pearl Button reinforces the power of the Chilean territory and the resistance and renewal of its population. We will analyze how the director thickens the images of the present with the memorial survival (Didi-Huberman, 2013) through faces, speeches, landscapes and vestiges. | pt_PT |
