| dc.description.abstract | Este estudo visa aprofundar a linguagem herbertiana, relacionando-a com os símbolos elementares naturais. Propomos uma leitura dos elementos essenciais – a água, o fogo, a terra e o ar, juntamente com o quinto elemento, aqui entendido como o sangue – parte integrante da imaginação poética de Herberto Helder, como arquétipos. O simbolismo material entra em diálogo com a metáfora, com as imagens e com a memória do eu. Apresentaremos um diálogo com transcendência poética seguindo a teoria elementar de Gaston Bachelard, explorando os devaneios do poeta madeirense e destacando temas incontornáveis como a infância, o amor, a mulher (amante e amada) e o ofício da escrita. Deste modo, explorar a vida vivida, em contraste puro com a morte, irá compor a força da palavra poética do nosso corpus. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to explore the poetical language of Herberto Helder in relation with the symbols of the natural elements. We propose a reading of the essential elements: water, fire, earth and air, as well as the fifth element, which we consider in this text to be blood, as part of the poetical imagination of Herberto Helder, as archetypes. The symbolism of matter initiates a true dialogue with metaphors and images, as well as the memory of the poet. We will be presenting a dialogue with the poetical transcendence starting from the elementar theory of Gaston Bachelard by exploring the poet’s daydreams, highlighting inescapable themes such as: childhood, love, woman (lover and loved) and the craft of writing. That way, exploring the life once lived, in pure contrast with death, will compose the force of the poetic Word of our corpus. | pt_PT |
