Abstract(s)
This report, prepared within the scope of the master’s degree in Pre-School Education and Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education, presents a reflective analysis of the entire pedagogical intervention developed throughout the internships. The theoretical and methodological framework that supports this report provides the necessary bases for understanding the Pedagogical Practices developed in Pre-School Education and the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. In Pedagogical Practices I and II, an investigative approach was adopted that allowed a systematic and reflective analysis of the challenges relating to the development of fine motor skills and student motivation. The implementation of action research projects followed a continuous cycle of planning, action, observation and reflection. It is believed that this reflective and adaptive dimension is crucial to ensuring quality education. The knowledge provided by action research is a crucial source of information that helps the teacher in formulating alternative hypotheses for action. In Pedagogical Practice III, it was decided to apply a diverse set of strategies to encourage the active participation of students, stimulate critical thinking and facilitate the understanding of curricular content. These always considered the needs and interests of students. Throughout the practical component, some learning moments are presented that describe the strategies implemented. The data acquired highlights the formative potential of Experimental Science Teaching, Artistic Education, cooperative learning, educational games, teaching resources and interdisciplinarity for the development of children. More than an internship report, this document constitutes a testimony about the initial training process for teaching. It is a document that reveals a path of personal and professional growth and that emphasizes the importance of continuous training.
