Esta dissertação pretende a análise linguística contrastiva português/ alemão, de folhetos
turísticos de eventos / agenda cultural da Região Autónoma da Madeira (RAM). É um
estudo empírico baseado num conjunto de produções informativas da Secretaria Regional
de Turismo e Cultura. Procedeu-se a esta escolha temática devido à importância que
possui o Turismo alemão na RAM. No ranking regional, os turistas alemães ocupam a
segunda posição dos que mais visitam o território. Portanto, o português e o alemão foram
as línguas escolhidas para estabelecer o material a estudar. Estes corpora são constituídos
por 15 folhetos em cada língua, contabilizando assim um total de 30 folhetos. A
investigação tem como objetivo principal estabelecer semelhanças e diferenças entre as
duas línguas. Pretende-se, simultaneamente, descrever e especificar a linguagem do
Turismo enquanto linguagem especializada. Contextualizar-se-á o folheto turístico de
agenda cultural como género discursivo. Analisar-se-á morfológica, lexical e
semanticamente os substantivos e adjetivos. De forma a caracterizar e delimitar as
margens de uma linguagem especializada, será também detalhada a estrutura do folheto
turístico e a sua intenção comunicativa em ambas as línguas.
This dissertation aims at the contrastive linguistic analysis Portuguese/German, of tourist event brochures / cultural schedule of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (RAM). It is an empirical study based on a set of informative productions of the Regional Secretariat of Tourism and Culture. This thematic choice was made due to the importance of German tourism in RAM. In the regional ranking, German tourists occupy the second position of those who visit the territory the most. Therefore, Portuguese and German were the languages chosen to establish the material to be studied. These corpora are made up of 15 leaflets in each language, thus accounting for a total of 30 leaflets. The main objective of the investigation is to establish similarities and differences between the two languages. It is intended, simultaneously, to describe and specify the language of tourism as a specialized language. The cultural schedule tourist brochure will be contextualized as a discursive genre. Nouns and adjectives will be analyzed morphologically, lexically and semantically. In order to characterize and delimit the margins of a specialized language, the structure of the tourist brochure and its communicative intention in both languages will also be detailed.
