Abstract(s)
Esta pesquisa trata de identificar e analisar a prática pedagógica da classe multisseriada nas séries iniciais numa escola do campo, no âmbito da Inovação Pedagógica. Entre os elementos que emergem desta problemática, de natureza teórica, destacam-se a Educação do Campo e Sala Multisseriada. Nessa pesquisa busca-se, identificar, compreender e analisar os desafios contributivos da educação do campo com a multisseriação, preconizado nos confrontos conceituais de autores que dialogam e convergem sobre a matriz desta pesquisa. Para análise desse estudo, foram traçados objetivos norteadores como: o objetivo geral que buscou compreender o complexo processo de construção da escola multisseriada do campo, a partir de seus desafios sócio-econômicos e pedagógicos. Os objetivos específicos que nortearam identificar e analisar os desafios sócio-econômicos, políticos e sociais que intervêm na escola multisseriada do campo; identificar e analisar os desafios pedagógicos das classes multisseriadas da educação básica do campo, no âmbito dos avanços da prática docente concernente à Inovação Pedagógica. A metodologia aplicada foi a abordagem qualitativa, baseada na etnopesquisa, por oferecer melhor condução investigativa e aprofundamento do entendimento sócio fenomenológico durante o processo de estudo in lócus, que facilitaram a descrição da singularidade dos sujeitos dessa pesquisa. Desta forma foi constatado que a Inovação Pedagógica na aprendizagem da educação de base tem interação na construção dos conhecimentos compartilhados entre os pares, nas faixas etárias e níveis distintos, numa mesma classe. Nesse contexto, as contribuições da escola multisseriada do campo comparando-se à escola seriada urbana, quanto à qualidade da aprendizagem, revelaram-se positivas, apesar das dificuldades que os docentes enfrentam na escola do campo.

For analysis of this study were guiding objectives as outlined: the general objective that sought to understand the complex process of building multisseriate field school from their socio-economic and educational challenges. The specific objectives that guided identify and analyze the socio-economic challenges, political and social involved in multisseriate field school; identify and analyze the pedagogical challenges of multigrade classes of basic education field, in the context of advances in teaching practice concerning the Pedagogical Innovation. The methodology applied was the qualitative approach, based on etnopesquisa by offering better investigative driving and deepening of social phenomenological understanding during the process of study in locus, which facilitated the description of the uniqueness of the subjects of this research. Thus it was found that the Pedagogical Innovation in learning basic education have interaction in the construction of knowledge shared among peers, in the age groups and different levels in the same class. In this context, the contributions of multisseriate school field compared to the urban graded school, the quality of learning, were positive, despite the difficulties that teachers face in the school field.
