O relatório de estágio é um documento que surge no culminar do estágio e é um dos momentos de avaliação no Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário. Assim sendo apresenta uma reflexão acerca da experiência de estágio pedagógico, incluindo todo o processo de investigação, de ação e de conhecimentos aplicados ao longo deste ano letivo, numa turma de 8º ano da Escola Ângelo Augusto da Silva. Apresenta também uma breve fundamentação teórica, procurando enquadrar expetativas pessoais e profissionais, bem como conhecimentos científicos e pedagógicos anteriores ao estágio ou adquiridos durante todo o processo, com vista a melhor compreendermos a complexidade do mesmo. Deste modo, evidencia o conjunto de atividades, documentos, ferramentas e estratégias desenvolvidas que tornaram este processo único, individual e onde se descreve a prática letiva e todas as ações desenvolvidas nas atividades de intervenção na comunidade escolar, nas atividades de integração no meio e nas atividades de natureza científico-pedagógica, refletindo, criticamente, sobre as mesmas com o propósito de enriquecer o processo formativo quer dos alunos, quer do professor estagiário e futuro docente, nomeadamente no que diz respeito à aquisição e domínio de metodologias, instrumentos e ferramentas de intervenção pedagógica. Conclui-se que foi um processo complexo, mas muito positivo, com experiências marcantes, dúvidas e incertezas, onde a reflexão e ação complementaram as aprendizagens, definindo simultaneamente a criação de uma identidade profissional e procurando promover sempre o sucesso escolar e pessoal dos alunos, com recurso à empatia e às interações pessoais e sociais.
The internship report is a document that appears at the culmination of the internship and is one of the evaluation moments in the Masters Degree in Physical Education at the Primary and Secondary Education. This presents a reflection of the experience at a pedagogical internship, including the whole process of research, action and knowledge applied throughout this school year at the 8th grade class at the School Ângelo Augusto da Silva. It presents a brief theoretical foundation, seeking to frame personal and professional expectations, as well as scientific and pedagogical knowledge before the internship or acquired throughout the process, in order to understand its complexity. This way, it highlights a set of activities, documents, tools and strategies developed that made this process unique, in individual way and where it describes the teaching practice and all actions developed in activities at the school community with the integration of activities at the environment and activities of a scientific-pedagogical nature, reflecting on them in a critically way with the purpose of enriching the training process of both students, trainee teacher and future teacher, namely with regard to the acquisition and domain of methodologies, instruments and tools of pedagogical intervention. It is concluded that it was a complex process, but very positive, with remarkable experiences, doubts and uncertainties, where reflection and action complemented the apprenticeship, simultaneously defining the creation of a professional identity and looking to promote always the success of school as well of the students, with the use of empathy and personal as well social interactions.
