A grande maioria das pessoas quando quer fazer uma viagem de automóvel para um
destino distante, comparado com o seu ponto de partida, normalmente apenas tem em
conta os custos gerais, como o combustível ou as portagens. Para que um condutor tenha
uma expectativa aproximada do custo real, este tem de contar com os gastos relacionados
com o veículo, como por exemplo: impostos, manutenções gerais e seguros. No âmbito
da área do transporte privado de passageiros, saber todos os custos relacionados com uma
frota de veículos é muito importante para uma gestão eficiente dos rendimentos e assim
calcular preços mais competitivos para os seus clientes.
Este projeto tem o objetivo de tornar este processo mais simples através da criação de
uma aplicação que permita ao utilizador introduzir todos os gastos com o seu veículo e,
assim, fornecer uma estimativa de quanto é que uma determinada viagem irá custar. Esta
aplicação abrange todos os casos de utilização quer sejam a nível pessoal, quer como
profissional da indústria do transporte privado de passageiros.
A abordagem tomada para o desenvolvimento deste software foi desenvolver uma
aplicação que consiga calcular de forma eficaz o custo de uma viagem de automóvel.
Os resultados demonstraram que a diferença entre valores calculados na aplicação e os
valores calculados a partir dos dados fornecidos pelo veículo são de 1.2%.
The vast majority of people when they want to make a trip by car to a distant destination compared to their starting point usually only take into account general costs such as fuel or tolls. In order for a driver to have an approximate expectation of the real cost, he has to rely on the expenses related to the vehicle, such as: taxes, vehicle maintenance, and / or other expenses related to vehicle wear (small repairs or improvements). In the area of private passenger transport, knowing all costs related to a vehicle fleet is very important for an efficient management of yields and thus calculating more competitive prices for your customers. This project aims to make this process simpler by creating an application that allows the user to enter all expenses with his vehicle and thus provide an estimate of how much a given trip may cost. This application covers all use cases, whether personal or professional in the private passenger transport industry. The approach taken to develop this software was to develop an application that can efficiently calculate the cost of a car trip. The results showed that the difference between values calculated in the application and the values calculated from the data provided by the vehicle are 1.2%.
