La importancia del archipiélago de Fårö (Suecia)
en el cine de Ingmar Bergman, como un espa cio de conocimiento, deprimente y paradójica mente sosegado. Las pinturas sobre islas de
Arnold Böcklin, y según la estética de Georg
Simmel, expresan un intenso aislamiento, sole dad y atemporalidad que son del mismo modo
semejantes a las formas insulares de las pelícu las, más confesionales de Bergman; como son:
Såsom i en spegel (Como en un espejo, 1961) y
Vargtimmen (La hora del lobo, 1967). Así pues,
se estudiarán dichos largometrajes, como otros,
que estén imbuidos en estos motivos y premi sas trágicas que afectan al destino del sujeto. A
su vez que análogas, a la literatura expresionista
de August Strindberg.
The importance of the Fårö archipelago (Swe den) in Ingmar Bergman’s cinema, as a de pressing and paradoxically calm space of knowledge. Arnold Böcklin’s island paintings, and according to Georg Simmel’s aesthetics, express an intense isolation, loneliness and ti melessness that are just as similar to the island forms of Bergman’s more confessional films; such as: Såsom i en spegel (As in a mirror, 1961) and Vargtimmen (The hour of the wolf, 1967). Thus, these feature films will be studied, like others, that are imbued with these tragic mo tives and premises that affect the fate of the subject. In turn, analogous to the expressionist literature of August Strindberg.
