O presente relatório de estágio constitui um exercício reflexivo e crítico sobre a
prática pedagógica desenvolvida no âmbito da Educação Pré-Escolar e do 1.º Ciclo do
Ensino Básico, visando a obtenção do grau de mestre. Ao longo do documento, são
analisadas as experiências educativas vivenciadas em três contextos distintos, a Educação
Pré-Escolar e o 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, nomeadamente no 1.º ano e 4.º ano,
proporcionando uma visão integrada, comparativa e evolutiva das práticas de ensino e
aprendizagem nos primeiros níveis do sistema educativo.
Este relatório dá a conhecer o percurso académico percorrido, com enfoque nas
dinâmicas pedagógicas implementadas, estratégias utilizadas e desafios enfrentados.
Através da articulação entre a observação, a planificação, a intervenção e a avaliação,
foram mobilizados saberes que sustentaram uma prática pedagógica intencional,
diferenciada e centrada nas necessidades de cada grupo.
Inclui-se uma abordagem ao enquadramento metodológico e teórico que sustentou
a intervenção, refletindo sobre os princípios educativos que orientaram as decisões
pedagógicas. Descrevem-se, ainda, as vivências de estágio, salientando a importância da
contextualização institucional, da relação com a equipa educativa e da compreensão do
grupo de crianças/alunos como fatores determinantes para o sucesso da ação educativa.
Destaca-se ainda o papel da metodologia de Investigação-Ação no contexto da
Educação Pré-Escolar, determinante na identificação de problemáticas concretas e na
construção de respostas educativas intencionais. Este processo, baseado num ciclo
reflexivo e de melhoria contínua, promoveu o desenvolvimento de competências
pedagógicas e investigativas, fundamentais para uma prática consciente e comprometida
com a qualidade educativa.
Este relatório constitui, assim, o testemunho de um percurso de crescimento
pessoal e profissional, orientado por uma conceção educativa centrada na criança, na sua
aprendizagem, nos seus direitos e bem-estar.
This internship report represents a reflective and critical exercise on the pedagogical practice developed within the scope of Preschool Education and the 1st Cycle of Basic Education, aiming at obtaining a Master's degree in this field of study. Throughout the document, educational experiences lived in three distinct contexts, Preschool Education and the 1st Cycle of Basic Education, specifically in the 1st and 4th grades, are analysed, providing an integrated, comparative, and evolving perspective on teaching and learning practices at the initial levels of the educational system. This report outlines the academic path undertaken, with a focus on the pedagogical dynamics implemented, the strategies employed, and the challenges faced. Through the articulation of observation, planning, intervention, and evaluation, knowledge was mobilized to support an intentional, differentiated pedagogical practice centred on the needs of each group. The report also includes an approach to the methodological and theoretical framework that underpinned the intervention, reflecting on the educational principles that guided pedagogical decisions. Additionally, it describes the internship experiences, highlighting the importance of institutional context, collaboration with the educational team, and understanding the group of children/students as key factors for the success of educational action. Special attention is given to the role of the Action Research methodology in the context of Preschool Education, which proved essential for identifying concrete issues and constructing intentional educational responses. This process, based on a reflective cycle and continuous improvement, fostered the development of pedagogical and research skills, fundamental to a conscious practice committed to educational quality. Thus, this report stands as a testament to a journey of personal and professional growth, guided by an educational approach centred on the child, their learning, rights, and well-being.
