Abstract(s)
Este Relatório é o culminar do processo de estágio pedagógico do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, pela Universidade da Madeira, realizado na Escola Básica e Secundária Dr. Ângelo Augusto da Silva, no ano letivo 2018/2019, desenvolvido com uma turma de 8º ano. É esperado que neste documento seja reportado todo o trabalho realizado no estágio pedagógico, as atividades, as problemáticas e experiências vividas, as metodologias implementadas, as opções tomadas no decorrer do processo e, uma análise reflexiva sobre todas as atividades, expressando as aprendizagens e transformações que levaram o professor estagiário a atender a múltiplas ações, nomeadamente a prática letiva, as atividades de intervenção na comunidade escolar, as atividades de integração no meio e as atividades de natureza científico-pedagógicas, a individual e a coletiva. Deste modo, a experiência permitiu compreender que ser professor, não se esgota no ato de lecionar aulas, mas sim, ter a competência de olhar para a turma como um todo, mas ao mesmo tempo em termos individuais, tendo a capacidade de gerir processos que permitam tomar decisões em contexto didático pedagógico. Em suma, o estágio pedagógico apresenta-se como um meio requintado de transformação do Homem, que possibilitou compreender o fenómeno, assim como do desenvolvimento da capacidade de atuar e manipular as variáveis do contexto escolar.
This Report is the culmination of the pedagogical internship process of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in the Basic and Secondary Education, by the University of Madeira, held at the Dr. Ângelo Augusto da Silva Primary and Secondary School, in the 2018/2019 school year, developed with an 8th grade class. It is expected that in this document will be reported all the work done in the pedagogical stage, the activities, the problems and experiences lived, the methodologies implemented, the options taken during the process and a reflexive analysis of all activities, expressing the learning and transformations that led the trainee teacher to attend to multiple actions, namely the teaching practice, the intervention activities in the school community, the integration activities in the environment and the scientific-pedagogical activities, the individual and the collective. Thus, the experience allowed us to understand that being a teacher does not end in the act of teaching classes, but having the competence to look at the class as a whole, but at the same time individually, having the ability to manage processes that make decisions in a pedagogical didactic context. In short, the pedagogical internship presents itself as an exquisite means of transformation of man, which made it possible to understand the phenomenon, as well as the development of the ability to act and manipulate the variables of the school context.
