Abstract(s)
O presente documento pretende abordar o processo de estágio pedagógico realizado na Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz, no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, durante o ano letivo de 2016/2017, e tem como objetivo partilhar um conjunto de experiências e refletir criticamente os conhecimentos e as competências adquiridas num contexto real de aprendizagem.
Neste sentido, mais do que descrever as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio pedagógico, pretende-se, essencialmente, refletir sobre um processo que necessitou de muitas horas de investigação, assim como apresentar as competências adquiridas ao longo deste período de formação, através da organização de múltiplas atividades no seio escolar.
Neste processo, a prática letiva teve um peso considerável, devido ao investimento realizado pelo professor estagiário, na gestão do processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Neste sentido, não querendo desvalorizar a importância das restantes atividades, consideramos que a prática letiva é, provavelmente, a parte mais importante do estágio pedagógico, nomeadamente porque permitiu ao professor estagiário aprender a fazer e construir o seu conhecimento pedagógico, a partir de uma intervenção em contexto real.
Existiu um conjunto de atividades que levaram o professor estagiário a agir a vários níveis na comunidade educativa, nomeadamente na intervenção nas turmas, na aula ou fora dela, e no âmbito das dinâmicas da escola, quer ao nível da partilha de informações quer na interação com os professores do mesmo grupo disciplinar, mais especificamente na concretização das ações de natureza científico-pedagógica individual e coletiva.
Em suma, consideramos que toda a mescla de sentimentos evidenciados ao longo do estágio estão bem expressos neste documento, revelando-se, de certa forma, uma narração dos acontecimentos, das propostas levadas a cabo, bem como dos momentos de reflexão que permitiram o desenvolvimento e implementação das melhores estratégias a utilizar.
The present document intends to approach the process of pedagogical internship at Jaime Moniz Secondary School, in the scope of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education, during the academic year 2016/2017, and aims to share a set of experiences and critically reflect the knowledge and skills acquired in a real learning context. In this sense, rather than describing the activities developed during the pedagogic stage, it is essentially intended to reflect on a process that required many hours of research, as well as presenting the skills acquired during this period of training, through the organization of multiple activities within the school. In this process, the learner practice had a considerable weight, due to the investment made by the trainee teacher, in the management of the teaching-learning process. In this sense, not wanting to devalue the importance of the other activities, we consider that the teaching practice is probably the most important part of the pedagogic stage, namely because it allowed the trainee teacher to learn and to make his pedagogical knowledge, from an intervention in real context. There was a set of activities that led the trainee teacher to act at various levels in the educational community, namely in the intervention in the classes, in the classroom or outside it, and within the dynamics of the school, both in information sharing and in interaction with the teachers of the same disciplinary group, more concretely in the concretization of the actions of scientific-pedagogical nature, individual and collective. In short, we consider that all the mixture of feelings evidenced throughout the stage are well expressed in this document, revealing, to a certain extent, a narration of the events, the proposals carried out, as well as moments of reflection that allowed the development and implementation of the best strategies to use.
