Abstract(s)
O documento que se apresenta surge no âmbito da Prática de Ensino
Supervisionada- o Estágio Pedagógica (EP)-, na Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz (ESJM)
durante o ano letivo 2020/2021, inserida no Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos
Ensinos Básico e Secundário (MEEFEBS) da Universidade da Madeira. Pretende
partilhar uma panóplia de atividades e experiências, expetativas e objetivos e de opções
didático-pedagógicas, assim como de reflexões críticas e aprendizagens emergidas desse
contexto de formação-ação.
A nível programático o EP encontra-se estruturado em quatro grandes grupos de
atividades, nomeadamente (1) a Prática Letiva (PL), (2) a Intervenção na Comunidade
Escolar (AICE), (3) a Integração no Meio (AIM) e (4) as atividades de natureza
Científico-Pedagógica (ACP).
A PL correspondeu à componente central do estágio, onde foi possível intervir
pedagogicamente através de um ciclo de planeamento-operacionalização- reflexão numa
turma do ensino secundário (12º ano) e de 2º ciclo do ensino básico (5º ano), assim como
de assumir um papel de observador, através de uma prática estruturada, em atividades de
assistência às aulas de colegas e de outros professores. As AICE, projetando uma
participação em atividades que ultrapassam o âmbito restrito da disciplina, motivaram
uma reflexão profunda sobre o contexto vivido, enriquecendo as aprendizagens deste
percurso. As AIM remeteram para a caracterização da turma e todas as dinâmicas
relativas às responsabilidades do diretor de turma, entre as quais se destaca a dinamização
do projeto de cidadania e desenvolvimento (CeD). As ACP marcaram momentos de
partilha de projetos de investigação-ação desenvolvidos, com uma expressão restrita, ao
nível do grupo disciplinar, mas também pública, através de uma conferência.
O EP permitiu vivenciar a lecionação na disciplina de Educação Física (EF), tendo
sido planeado para procurar desenvolver integralmente os alunos a par e passo com a
construção de uma identidade docente. Foi um tempo e um espaço de um crescimento
incalculável, cujo processo remeteu para ações de pesquisa, prática, análise, reflexão,
ponderação, produção, reajustamento e (re)construção, que culminaram com a produção
de vários saberes de diferentes domínios: da didática, da pedagogia, pessoal e social.
The document presented appears within the framework of the supervised teaching practice - the teaching internship - at the Jaime Moniz Secondary School during the academic year 2020/2021, included in the Master of Teaching of Physical Education to Basic and Secondary School of the University of Madeira. It aims to share a series of activities, and experiences, aimed at didactic and pedagogical objectives and options, as well as critical reflections emanating from this training-action context. At the programmatic level, the EP has four main groups of activities: (1) Pedagogical Practice (PP), (2) Intervention in the School Environment (ISE), (3) Integration in the Environment (IE), and (4) activities of a Pedagogical-Scientific nature (PCA). The PP would correspond to the essentials of the internship, where it is possible to intervene through a planning-operation-reflection cycle in a secondary school class (12th year) and the 2nd cycle of basic education (5th year), thus assuming the role of observer, through structured practice, in the activities of assistance to classmates and other teachers. The ISE aims at participation in activities going beyond the restricted framework of the discipline, and a deep reflection on the lived context, enriching the learning of this course. IE refers to the characterization of the class and all the dynamics related to the responsibilities of the class teacher, favoring the promotion of a citizenship and development project (CeD). The PCA has developed research-action sharing links, at the level of the disciplinary group, but also public, through conferences. The internship and teaching practice made it possible to experiment with the method of teaching in the discipline of Physical Education. This is to allow students to acquire a certain construction of educational identity. It was an undeniable success for a process of analysis and reflection and balance for personal and social pedagogy.
