Este documento surge no seguimento do processo de estágio pedagógico, realizado na Escola Secundária de Francisco Franco, no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário.
Pretende-se apresentar de forma sistematizada e sucinta o conjunto de atividades desenvolvidas no decorrer do ano letivo 2015/2016 sendo que o principal objetivo deste exercício é de refletir e analisar os diferentes aspetos da atuação do estagiário nesta primeira experiência de lecionação no contexto real.
Procura-se expressar, para cada atividade desenvolvida ao longo do estágio pedagógico, as adaptações e respetiva transformação sofrida pelo estagiário apontando indicadores relacionados com o impacto dos processos pedagógicos assumidos sobre os alunos, a comunidade educativa e as instituições envolvidas.
O estagiário pôde planificar, operacionalizar e controlar diferentes atividades, todas com os seus objetivos próprios, permitindo solicitações variadas. As primeiras, de caráter curricular foram a caracterização da turma, a assistência às aulas e a prática letiva. As outras, complementares, foram as atividades de intervenção na comunidade escolar, a ação de extensão curricular e as atividades de natureza científico-pedagógica individual e coletiva.
Esta última etapa da formação para a docência foi fundamental para o desenvolvimento de competências relacionadas com o domínio de conhecimentos, instrumentos e metodologias úteis a construção e gestão de um processo pedagógico mais flexível, adaptado, coerente e eficaz.
Verificou-se que a formação para a docência é um processo que não acaba ao fim do estágio pedagógico. Trata-se de um processo contínuo e infinito onde o professor deve estar preparado para refletir e reconstruir sempre que seja necessário o processo de aprendizagem para que ele seja capaz de desenvolver as competências e capacidades dos alunos.
This document is a follow-up to the pedagogical internship process, carried out at the Francisco Franco Secondary School, in the scope of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education. It is intended to present in a systematic and succinct way the set of activities developed during the academic year 2015/2016 and the main objective of this exercise is to reflect and analyze in the different aspects of the performance of the trainee in this first experience of teaching in the real context. It seeks to express, for each activity developed along the pedagogic stage, the adaptations and respective transformation undergone by the trainee pointing indicators related to the impact of the pedagogical processes assumed on the students, the educational community and the institutions involved. The trainee was able to plan, operationalize and control different activities, all with their own objectives, allowing varied requests. The first ones, of curricular character were the characterization of the class, the attendance to the classes and the practice school. The other, complementary, were the activities of intervention in the school community, the action of curricular extension and the activities of scientificpedagogical nature, individual and collective. This last stage of teacher training was essential for the development of essential skills related to the domain of knowledge, tools and methodologies useful for building and managing a more flexible, adapted, coherent and effective pedagogical process. It was verified that the training for teaching is a process that does not end at the end of the pedagogical stage. It is a continuous and infinite process and the teacher must be available to reflect and reconstruct where necessary the learning process so that he is able to develop the skills and abilities of his students.
