Abstract(s)
O documento que aqui se apresenta emerge de um processo de estágio pedagógico realizado na Escola Básica e Secundária Dr. Ângelo Augusto da Silva (EBSAAS), inserido no Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade da Madeira.
No decorrer deste estágio pedagógico foram realizadas diversas atividades, onde a ilustração do desenvolvimento e atuação de um professor estagiário na disciplina de Educação Física, nessas mesmas atividades, foi finalidade central deste relatório de estágio.
Este documento, muito mais do que meio de ilustração e relato de uma atuação no contexto escolar, tem como objetivo primordial demostrar um conjunto de reflexões e análises realizadas, pelo aluno/docente em questão, com o propósito de avaliar as maiores aprendizagens verificadas pelo mesmo, no decorrer de um processo trabalhoso, que é o estágio pedagógico.
No decorrer do processo foram desempenhadas funções que vão além da orientação e gestão de um conjunto de tarefas adjacentes à lecionação de diversas aulas, no contexto de uma turma. Este caráter multifacetado e complexo do estágio solicitou uma grande variedade de comportamentos ao professor estagiário, que resultou na construção e edificação de um processo formativo muito mais fortificado e solidificado. Este processo de formação foi caraterizado pela capacidade de implementação e controlo de uma metodologia eficaz e flexível, possibilitadora de uma enorme capacidade de adaptação a situações futuras, tendo sido visto como um meio para provocar transformações.
A estrutura organizativa complexa que a escola apresenta leva à necessidade do professor estagiário vivenciar diversas experiências e situações. O conjunto variado de atividades proporcionadas, por este processo de formação inicial, foram peça fundamental na preparação do docente em causa, na tentativa de diminuir o choque inicial causado pela inserção na docência.
O estágio Pedagógico, que aqui se apresenta, levou a que se concluísse que as ferramentas que um professor de Educação Física adquire, na procura de aulas eficazes, não são todas adquiridas nos anos antecedentes à atividade docente. Nesta ordem de ideias as competências de um professor são espelho da capacidade que este desenvolve no ato de “mexer com a prática”, onde, com o recurso ao laboratório das aulas, cria e modifica as aprendizagens adquiridas progressivamente. Com isto, o estágio pedagógico foi um meio requintado de transformação do Homem (professor estagiário), que possibilitou a compreensão do fenómeno, assim como do desenvolvimento da capacidade de atuar e manipular as variáveis do contexto escolar.
This document emerges from a teaching practice process accomplished in Escola Básica e Secundária Dr. Ângelo Augusto da Silva (EBSAAS) inserted in the Master's degree in Physical Education Teaching in Primary and Secondary Education of the University of Madeira. During this teaching practice they were accomplished various activities in which the illustration of the development and performance of a teacher trainee in the discipline of Physical Education, in these same activities, was central purpose of this internship report. This document, more than a way of illustration and description of an action in the school context, has as primary objective to demonstrate a set of reflections and analyzes, of the student/teacher, in question, with the purpose of evaluating the major learning’s verified, during a hard process that is the teaching practice. In the route of this process functions have been performed beyond the guidance and management of a set of adjacent tasks to teach o few classes in the school context. This multifaceted character and complex teaching practice request in a wide variety of behaviors teacher trainee, that resulted in the construction and building of a formative process much more fortified and solidified. This formative process was characterized by implementation capacity and control in an effective and flexible methodology, enabler of an enormous adaptability to future situations, and was seen as a way to tease transformations. The complex organizational structure that the school has, result on the need of the teacher trainee passing by for diverse experiences and situations. The varied range of activities, provided by this initial formation process, was an important instrumental of teacher preparation, in an attempt to reduce the initial shock caused by the insertion in teaching. The teaching practice, which is presented here, led to the conclusion that the tools of a physical education teacher needs, looking for effective lessons, are not all acquired in previous years to teaching. With this in mind, the skills of a teacher are mirror of the capacity that he develops in the act of "tinkering with the practice", which, with the use of laboratory classes, creates and modifies the learning acquired progressively. With this, the teaching practice was a refined way man transformation (teacher trainee), which enabled the understanding of the phenomenon and the development of the ability to act and manipulate the variables of the school context.
