Abstract(s)
This report emerges as the culmination of the pedagogical practices concretized during the initial training for the teaching profession at Pre-School Education and at the Primary School. These interventions took place at the Externato Princesa Dona Maria Amélia, in Sala Vermelha, and the other at Escola Básica do 1.º Ciclo com Pré-Escolar e Creche da Nazaré, in classes of 1st and 4th year. In order to share the practice experienced in diverse educational contexts, the aim was to fit the theory and methodology used in the intervention with a reflective perspective. Thereby, the report was analysed in a critical and reflexive view, fragmented in two parts, one of the frames it theoretical and methodologically, and another that transposes it into pedagogical practice. In the first part was outlined four distinct chapters linking and complementing mutually. In the second part, the pedagogical interventions developed in the field of Pre-School Education and the Primary School were explored with more emphasis. It is important to mention that in the first two internships, were applied Action-Research Projects, after identifying the issues, strategies were proposed and implemented to overcome them. At the Pre-School Education, the project was oriented according to the question: How can children in Sala Vermelha develop motor skills? and at the Primary School: How can the 1st A group develop the taste and pleasure for reading and writing? This report is, therefore, the agglomeration of the analysis of pedagogical interventions resulting from the diversity of activities and strategies applied, considering the objectives settled for each internship and looking at the characteristics of the children, aiming the promotion of meaningful learning.
