Este relatório de estágio analisa as intervenções pedagógicas desenvolvidas ao longo das
práticas pedagógicas realizadas em estabelecimentos de ensino situados no Funchal. O
estudo tem como principal objetivo compreender a aplicação de diferentes metodologias
de ensino, bem como a adaptação às necessidades individuais dos alunos. Através da
observação direta e da reflexão crítica, foram identificados desafios inerentes ao contexto
educativo e analisadas estratégias eficazes para superar dificuldades e otimizar o processo
de aprendizagem. O relatório destaca a relevância da flexibilidade na abordagem
pedagógica, permitindo ajustar métodos e recursos conforme as particularidades de cada
grupo de alunos. A reflexão contínua sobre as metodologias aplicadas permite uma
evolução constante, garantindo uma resposta mais eficaz às necessidades educacionais.
Assim, o estágio revela-se um período essencial para o crescimento do profissional
docente, proporcionando experiências enriquecedoras e preparando-o para enfrentar os
desafios da prática educativa.
This internship report analyses the pedagogical interventions developed throughout the teaching practice carried out in educational institutions located in Funchal. The main aim of the study is to understand the application of different teaching methodologies, as well as their adaptation to the individual needs of the students. Through direct observation and critical reflection, challenges inherent to the educational context were identified and effective strategies examined to overcome difficulties and optimise the learning process. The report highlights the relevance of flexibility in pedagogical approaches, allowing for the adjustment of methods and resources according to the particularities of each student group. Ongoing reflection on the methodologies used enables continuous improvement, ensuring a more effective response to educational needs. Thus, the internship proves to be an essential period for the development of teaching professionals, providing enriching experiences and preparing them to face the challenges of educational practice.
