Abstract(s)
Over the past few years have been taken actions which aim to promote inclusive education principles. The literature review argues that inclusion's goal is that all students have the right to an equal and quality education. However, it is necessary to provided an education that respects children’s individual characteristics and needs, especially for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), under the risk of becoming inclusion in exclusion. The leadership and school management is the factor which we focused on, particularly in the executive body of the schools, while responsible for the involvement, motivation and mobilization of the entire educational community in the implementation of an inclusive philosophy that promotes academic success for all students. This study aims to research "The leadership processes in the inclusion of pupils with SEN" supported on the following starting question: What is the role of school leaders in the development of inclusive paradigm in school? Is a exploratory qualitative research, having been adopted as data collection technique, semi-structured interview, questionnaire survey and document analysis. The results of the research suggest that school leaders play a significant role in the development of inclusive paradigm, however, an inclusive educational system will only become effective with a democratic management that encourages the participation of all stakeholders, the shared responsibility and respect of the difference, as through educational policies that promote investment in human capital, in the training of professionals, either by the provision of resources to fulfill the needs of all students.
