Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio foi desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino
de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, pela Universidade da Madeira,
tendo sido realizado numa escola da Região Autónoma da Madeira. O estágio decorreu
numa turma do ensino secundário, exigindo uma constante capacidade de reflexão,
análise e crítica, de modo a contribuir para o desenvolvimento integral dos alunos.
Na sociedade contemporânea em que vivemos, o papel do professor assume uma
importância central, não apenas como transmissor de conhecimentos, mas como um
facilitador do desenvolvimento de competências sociais e cívicas. A função docente vai
além da sala de aula, sendo crucial para a formação de cidadãos capazes de contribuir de
forma ativa e consciente para a sociedade, promovendo a integração e a capacidade de
participação crítica. O professor desempenha um papel fundamental na promoção de
valores como o respeito, a cooperação e a responsabilidade, essenciais para uma
convivência harmoniosa em sociedade.
O relatório encontra-se estruturado de acordo com as diversas atividades
realizadas ao longo do estágio pedagógico. Estas incluem a Prática Letiva, que envolveu
o planeamento, execução e avaliação das aulas; as Atividades de Natureza Científico Pedagógica, orientadas para a pesquisa e implementação de práticas educativas
inovadoras; as Atividades de Integração no Meio escolar e de Intervenção na Comunidade
Escolar. Adicionalmente, são apresentadas considerações sobre o impacto deste percurso
formativo e as aprendizagens obtidas, com especial enfoque na forma como o estágio
pedagógico contribuiu para o desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal.
Este estágio permitiu vivenciar de forma direta o ensino da disciplina de Educação
Física, enquanto favoreceu a construção de uma identidade docente. Foi um período de
crescimento pessoal e profissional inestimável, marcado por um processo contínuo de
pesquisa, prática, análise, reflexão e reajustamento. Este percurso culminou na aquisição
de saberes essenciais em diferentes domínios da didática, da pedagogia e das relações
interpessoais, preparando para enfrentar os desafios inerentes à profissão docente.
This internship report was developed as part of the Master’s Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the University of Madeira, and was conducted in a school in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. The internship took place in a secondary school class, which required a constant capacity for reflection, analysis, and critical thinking in order to contribute to the students’ holistic development. In the contemporary society in which we live, the role of the teacher is of central importance, not only as a transmitter of knowledge but also as a facilitator of the development of social and civic skills. The teaching role extends beyond the classroom, being crucial for the formation of citizens capable of actively and consciously contributing to society, promoting integration and critical participation. The teacher plays a fundamental role in promoting values such as respect, cooperation, and responsibility, which are essential for harmonious coexistence in society. This report is structured according to the various activities carried out throughout the internship. These include Teaching Practice, which involved the planning, execution, and assessment of lessons; Scientific and Pedagogical Activities, focused on research and the implementation of innovative educational practices; Integration Activities within the school environment, and Community Intervention Activities. Additionally, considerations are presented regarding the impact of this formative experience and the learning outcomes achieved, with particular emphasis on how the internship contributed to professional and personal development. This internship provided direct experience in teaching Physical Education, while also fostering the construction of a teaching identity. It was a period of invaluable personal and professional growth, marked by a continuous process of research, practice, analysis, reflection, and adjustment. This journey culminated in the acquisition of essential knowledge in various domains, such as didactics, pedagogy, and interpersonal relations, preparing the intern to face the challenges inherent to the teaching profession.
