Abstract(s)
O presente relatório enquadra-se no âmbito do processo de Estágio Pedagógico,
realizado numa escola pública do concelho do Funchal, incluído no Mestrado em
Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade da
Madeira. Este documento tem como objetivo explicar de forma contextualizada todas as
opções associadas às atividades realizadas durante o estágio, com ênfase no
desenvolvimento de uma capacidade reflexiva e crítica diante dos desafios e
experiências vivenciadas no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Neste sentido, e com o
propósito de apresentar com clareza e precisão o trabalho desenvolvido e o crescimento
pessoal daí resultante, o relatório é revelador de um conjunto de diferentes atividades
relacionadas com o estágio pedagógico, nomeadamente a Prática Letiva, Atividades de
Intervenção na Comunidade Escolar, Atividades de Integração no Meio e Ações
Científico-Pedagógicas que contribuíram para uma formação mais transversal. Desta
forma, torna-se evidente que este estágio desempenhou um papel crucial na nossa
capacitação como professores de Educação Física, proporcionando-nos um conjunto de
competências essenciais para o nosso desempenho profissional futuro.
O professor de Educação Física tem de considerar as diferenças individuais de
cada aluno para promover uma aprendizagem de qualidade, pois ensinar é um processo
que não serve apenas para garantir o desenvolvimento das capacidades e
potencialidades dos melhores, mas serve também para garantir o sucesso daqueles
alunos que não têm tantas condições ou oportunidades para atingir o máximo sucesso. É
importante termos um conhecimento tão profundo quanto possível das capacidades de
cada aluno para podermos reajustar o ensino às suas capacidades. É crucial dedicar
especial atenção àqueles que enfrentam maiores dificuldades, envolvê-los, comprometê los e motivá-los. Este foi o nosso foco durante o período de estágio. Neste sentido, o
estágio pedagógico, proporcionou a aquisição de um conjunto de conhecimentos
profissionais e pessoais fundamentais na identificação e resolução de problemas
pedagógicos.
This report is part of the Pedagogical Internship process, carried out in a public school in the municipality of Funchal, included in the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education at the University of Madeira. This document aims to explain in a contextualized way all the options associated with the activities carried out during the internship, with an emphasis on developing a reflective and critical capacity in the face of the challenges and experiences lived in the teaching-learning process. In this sense, and with the aim of clearly and precisely presenting the work carried out and the resulting personal growth, the report reveals a set of different activities related to the teaching internship, namely Teaching Practice, Intervention Activities in the School Community, Integration Activities in the Environment and Scientific-Pedagogical Actions that contributed to a more transversal training. In this way, this internship played a crucial role in our training as Physical Education teachers, providing us with a set of essential skills for our future professional performance. The PE teacher must consider the individual differences of each student in order to promote quality learning, because teaching is a process that not only serves to ensure the development of the abilities and potential of the best, but also serves to guarantee the success of those students who don't have as many conditions or opportunities to achieve maximum success. It's important to have as deep an understanding as possible of each student's abilities so that we can readjust teaching to suit them. It is crucial to pay special attention to those who face the greatest difficulties, to involve, engage and motivate them. This was our focus during the internship period. In this sense, the teaching internship, enabled us to acquire a set of professional and personal skills that are fundamental to identifying and solving teaching problems.
