Essa pesquisa investiga há inovação pedagógica nos cursos profissionalizantes para
pessoas com deficiência no Senac que se localiza no município de Fortaleza, Ceará.
Os principais autores consultados foram Fino, Papert, Sousa, Lapassade, Macedo,
Mazzota, Leme, além de documentos da legislação específica. Além da revisão
literária subdividida em três capítulos, para a pesquisa de campo foi adotada a
metodologia etnográfica e a coleta de dados foi realizada através da observação
participante, entrevistas não estruturadas, diário de campo, questionários com
perguntas abertas e análise de documentos. Já a análise dos dados coletados utilizou
a técnica de triangulação dos dados. Dentro da triangulação emergiu duas categorias:
Características de Inovação Pedagógica e Inclusão Profissional. Após a análise e
discussão dos dados coletados a pesquisa apresentou resultado positivo, ou seja, de
acordo com a pesquisa realizada pode-se afirmar que há inovação pedagógica nos
cursos do Senac.
This research investigates there is pedagocical innovation in vocational courses for people with disabilities at Senac that is located in the municipality of Fortaleza, Ceará. The main authors consulted were Fino, Papert, Sousa, Lapassade, Macedo, Mazzota, Leme besides specific legislation documents. In addition to the literature review subdivided into three chapters, to the field of research was adopted the ethnographic methodology and data collection was made through participant observation, unstructured interviews , field diary, questionnaires with open questions and document analysis. Aftter the analysis and discussion of the collected research data, although there are some characteristics of pedagogical innovation, there are some barriers that prevent pedagogical innovation from being implemented.
