Abstract(s)
Este documento denominado como Relatório de Estágio Pedagógico de Educação Física visa descrever, analisar e refletir sobre o nosso processo, enquanto alunos do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade da Madeira e como Professores Estagiários de Educação Física na Escola Básica e Secundária Gonçalves Zarco. Neste contexto, no inicio do estágio pedagógico, pretendíamos adquirir um conjunto de capacidades e competências, fundamentais para exercer a nossa prática docente, tais como: (i) Possuir ferramentas de pesquisa e de investigação que promovam o conhecimento científico e técnico e apoiem o ensino de Educação Física; (ii) Dominar, na íntegra, os programas nacionais de educação física de maneira a respeitar os seus princípios e aplicá-los de forma eficaz e eficiente no contexto escolar onde nos encontramos; (iii) Valorizar a profissão docente e não desconsiderar a sua competência como investigador reflexivo e promotor do debate e da problematização da Educação; (iv) Revelar autonomia, proatividade, pesquisa, reflexão crítica, ética, moral e trabalho cooperativo no âmbito da educação; (v) Conseguir compreender, apresentar, fundamentar e defender as nossas convicções e o trabalho realizado. Por forma a desenvolver tais competências, foram apresentadas diversas oportunidades de crescimento pessoal e profissional. Destas, destacamos o planeamento, a organização, a conceção e a dinamização da Prática Letiva, das Ações Cientifico-Pedagógicas (individual e coletiva), das Ações de Intervenção na Comunidade Escolar e das Ações de Integração no Meio Escolar. Visto que estas atividades envolveram toda a comunidade educativa e um conjunto de processos, consideramo-las essenciais na transformação significativa da nossa prática profissional, enquanto professores de Educação Física. Desta forma, podemos concluir que todas as capacidades e competências idealizadas, numa fase inicial, foram realmente solicitadas e induzidas durante este processo e contribuirão, certamente, para a nossa atuação num ensino cada vez mais complexo e diversificado.
This document, known as the Physical Education Pedagogical Internship Report, aims to describe, analyze and reflect on our process as students of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching at the University of Madeira's Basic and Secondary Education and as Trainee Teachers of Physical Education at the Elementary School. and Secondary Gonçalves Zarco. In this context, at the beginning of the pedagogical internship, we wanted to acquire a set of skills and competences, fundamental to exercise our teaching practice, such as: (i) To have research and research tools that promote scientific and technical knowledge and support teaching. Physical Education; (ii) Master, in full, the national programs of physical education in order to respect their principles and to apply them effectively and efficiently in the school context where we are; (iii) To value the teaching profession and not disregard its competence as a reflective researcher and promoter of the debate and problematization of education; (iv) Reveal autonomy, proactivity, research, critical reflection, ethics, morals and cooperative work in the field of education; (v) To be able to understand, present, substantiate and defend our beliefs and the work done. In order to develop these skills, various opportunities for personal and professional growth were presented. Of these, we highlight the planning, organization, conception and promotion of Teaching Practice, Scientific-Pedagogical Actions (individual and collective), Intervention Actions in the School Community and Integration Actions in the School Environment. Since these activities involved the entire educational community and a set of processes, we consider them essential in the significant transformation of our professional practice as Physical Education teachers. In this way, we can conclude that all the idealized capacities and competences, at an early stage, were really requested and induced during this process and will certainly contribute to our performance in an increasingly complex and diversified teaching.
