Abstract(s)
Criado no âmbito do projeto Convivialidade Escolar, o programa "Divertidamente" é composto
por dez sessões semanais de uma hora, com vista a desenvolver competências socioemocionais.
O presente estudo consistiu na avaliação da eficácia do programa com uma amostra de 86
crianças entre os 7 e os 11 anos. Trata-se de um estudo transversal com um desenho
metodológico 2 X 2 (pré-teste vs. pós-teste). Os resultados indicam a existência de diferenças
estatisticamente significativas entre o primeiro e o segundo momento de avaliação em todas as
dimensões analisadas (comportamentos emocionais, situações emocionais, expressão
emocional). Foram verificadas ainda diferenças em função do ano de escolaridade, sexo e
existência de irmãos. O programa avaliado revelou-se, assim, uma ferramenta eficaz para utilizar
em contexto escolar.
The “Playfully” intervention program is constituted by ten one-hour weekly sessions, with the purpose of develop socioemotional competences. The present study aims to evaluate program’s efficacy in a sample composed by 86 aged between 7 and 10 years old. It has been used a cross sectional approach, comparing the difference between pre and post-test evaluation (2 X 2 design). Results indicate statistically significant differences between pre and post-test in the three dimensions analyzed (emotional behaviors, emotional situations, emotional expression). Additionally, it has been found statistically significant differences concerning to children’ school year, sex and whether children have siblings. Thus, “Playfully” program showed to be an effective tool to use at educational context.
