Abstract(s)
O presente documento é o culminar do processo de estágio do Mestrado em
Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, pela Universidade da
Madeira, realizado na Escola Básica e Secundária Dr. Ângelo Augusto da Silva, no ano
letivo 2020/2021. Este documento tem como objetivo a partilha de todas as atividades
realizadas neste âmbito, bem como as experiências, reflexões e transformações que
pessoalmente e profissionalmente tiveram um papel fundamental na evolução do
professor estagiário.
Ao longo desta etapa de formação inicial foram desempenhadas diversas funções
que vão muito além da orientação, gestão e lecionação de aulas a uma turma. O estágio
pedagógico é uma etapa complexa e marcante para o professor estagiário na medida em
que oferece diversas experiências e diferentes comportamentos solicitados, que vão
assumir um papel essencial no enriquecimento de toda esta etapa. Deste modo, este
processo permitiu adquirir uma visão mais global sobre as estruturas e dinâmicas vividas
numa instituição escolar.
Assim, o estágio pedagógico permitiu um primeiro contacto com a atividade
docente, onde foram colocadas em prática diferentes estratégias e metodologias, tendo
sempre como principal objetivo colocar o aluno no centro do processo de ensino aprendizagem. Neste sentido, vimos que o papel do docente não passa pela transmissão
de conteúdos, dado que este deve procurar a formação eclética do aluno, contribuindo
também para o desenvolvimento de atitudes e valores.
This internship report is the culmination of the internship process of the master’s degree in physical education teaching in Basic and Secondary Education, by the University of Madeira, held at Escola Básica e Secundária Dr. Ângelo Augusto da Silva, in the academic year 2020/2021. This document aims to share all the activities carried out in this area, as well as the experiences, reflections and transformations that played a fundamental role in the personal and professional development of the trainee teacher. During this stage of initial training, several functions were performed that go far beyond the orientation, management and teaching of a set of classes in the context of a class. This complexity that characterizes the pedagogical internship process provided a set of experiences and requested different behaviors from the intern teacher, which contributed to the enrichment of this entire process. In this way, this process allowed us to acquire a more global view of the structures and dynamics experienced in a school institution. Thus, the pedagogical internship allowed a first contact with the teaching activity, where different strategies and methodologies were put into practice, always with the main objective of placing the student at the center of the teaching-learning process. In this sense, we have seen that the role of the teacher does not pass through the transmission of content, as this must seek the eclectic training of the student, also contributing to the development of attitudes and values.
