| dc.description.abstract | A sociedade do século XXI espera dos futuros jovens profissionais uma postura plurifacetada e um espírito crítico motivados para inovação. Exige também, clareza na formulação dos objetivos dos jovens para que estes reconheçam as suas competências, e encontrem as estratégias para alcançar o sucesso. É neste conjunto de condicionantes que se evidencia o perfil de um jovem empreendedor. Considerando que o empreendedorismo não é apenas inato e sim fruto de uma educação empreendedora, a escola e os professores, são agentes na formação destes jovens. Nesta ótica, a natureza matemática que potencia o desenvolvimento do raciocínio e ao mesmo tempo mune o jovem aluno com conhecimentos transferíveis às múltiplas áreas do conhecimento, assume um papel inequívoco na génese da aprendizagem do empreendedorismo. É com base nestes pressupostos que surge a motivação para uma análise segundo uma metodologia qualitativa, desenvolvida no âmbito de uma prática letiva supervisionada, em que se pretende dissecar o seguinte problema de investigação: compreender a aprendizagem da matemática e do empreendedorismo em contexto escolar. Numa aprendizagem quer em âmbito curricular, quer em âmbito extracurricular, pretendeu-se explorar a simbiose matemática/empreendedorismo, de forma a que o jovem empreendedor aluno de matemática, supere as exigências da sociedade vigente e responda, positivamente, aos desafios matemáticos que lhe são propostos. Um trabalho realizado por uma jovem professora Y, motivada pela paixão à matemática e inspirada pelo gosto entusiasta ao empreendedorismo. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The XXI century society expects young professionals of the future to be multiskilled and critical thinkers focusing on innovation. It also demands from them a clear statement of their goals so they are able to acknowledge their own competences and choose the best strategies to achieve success. And it is in this context that the profile of the young entrepreneur emerges. Considering that being an entrepreneur is not simply an innate characteristic, but also the product of an education faced towards entrepreneurship, the school and the teachers have a part in the training of these young students. From this perspective, the mathematical nature that engages the development of reasoning and, at the same time, gives the young student competences that are transferable to other areas of knowledge, plays a key role concerning the initial phase of the entrepreneurship training. Both in curricular and extracurricular learning, the purpose is to explore the symbiosis between mathematics and entrepreneurship preparing the young student of mathematics to respond to the demandings of nowadays society and to face mathematical challenges from a positive perspective. It is on this assumption that, during my teacher training, motivation arises and, using a qualitative methology, I investigated the learning of mathematics and entrepreneurship in an educational context. A work developed by a young “Y teacher”, motivated by her passion to mathematics and inspired by her love to entrepreneurship. | pt_PT |
