Abstract(s)
A pesquisa teve como objetivo estudar a formação da identidade do professor de acupuntura em escolas existentes na cidade do Recife e Região Metropolitana, refletindo acerca dos desafios e decisões que possibilitaram a construção de uma carreira docente. Ao tempo em que desbravou alguns caminhos, discutiu a importância dos elementos culturais e filosóficos e seu impacto na formação docente, acentuando uma condição necessária: os diálogos entre as culturas, sem hierarquização, mas com respeito e reverência a um conhecimento milenar. Com uma abordagem qualitativa, foi aplicado o método de estudo de casos múltiplos, que contou com a contribuição de professores que participaram de entrevistas semiestruturadas e posteriormente de grupo focal. Também foi realizada análise documental para fechar a triangulação da recolha de dados. Para análise de conteúdos, foram elaboradas categorias advindas dos discursos dos entrevistados, focadas nas temáticas formação de professor, supervisão pedagógica e diálogos interculturais. Sem intenções de julgamentos ou comparações, a dissertação põe em debate uma formação que percorre o caminho da paixão e autonomia, o que permitiu pontuar outras contribuições para formação inicial e continuada do professor de acupuntura.
The aim of this research was to study the identity of the teacher of acupuncture in existing schools in the city of Recife and Metropolitan Region, reflecting on the challenges and decisions that made possible the construction of a teaching career. At the same time, it pioneered some paths, it discussed the importance of cultural and philosophical elements and their impact on teacher education, emphasizing a necessary condition for dialogues between cultures, without hierarchy but with respect and reverence for an ancient knowledge. With a qualitative approach, the multiple case study method was applied, with the contribution of teachers who participated in semi-structured interviews and later a focus group, as well as a documentary analysis closing the triangulation of the data collection. For content analysis, categories were elaborated from the discourses of the interviewees, focused on the theme of teacher training, pedagogical supervision and intercultural dialogues. Without intentions of judgments or comparisons, the dissertation brings to the fore a training that goes through the path of passion and autonomy, which allowed me to score other contributions for initial and continued training of the acupuncture teacher.
