Abstract(s)
O seguinte documento surge no seguimento do processo de estágio pedagógico do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básicos e Secundários, realizado na Escola Secundária de Francisco Franco, durante o ano letivo de 2016/ 2017 a uma turma de 12º ano.
Neste Relatório procurámos apresentar, analisar e refletir sobre todas as atividades, problemáticas e experiências vividas durante o estágio pedagógico, expressando assim as aprendizagens e transformações, resultantes de todo o processo, que no fundo, envolveu ações como: a prática letiva, as atividades de intervenção na comunidade escolar, as atividades de integarção no meio e as atividades de natureza científico-pedagógicas.
Atendendo a esta multiplicidade de ações, o presente documento foi o resultado da convergência e articulação entre as mesmas, o que acabou por conferir ao estágio, um caráter integral e ecleticista, no que se refere à formação do professor estagiário. Neste sentido, estas atividades apresentaram-se como verdadeiros desfios que, usualmente, se encarregam de elevar os futuros professores de Educação Física, aos limites das suas capacidades.
Sendo este o culminar de um processo complexo de ensino-aprendizagem, já que assumiu-se como um reflexo do nosso amadurecimento profissional e pessoal, possibilitou-nos também a passagem por um conjunto de vivências, que nos permitiram, enquanto professores estagiários, intervir e transformar indivíduos. Fruto das experiências transversais deste processo, destacámos a aquisição e melhoria das seguintes capacidades: a tomada de decisão, a aplicação e análise de estratégias, bem como, o domínio de metodologias e instrumentos de trabalho. Que no fundo, contribuiram para as aprendizagens reciprocas verificadas entre nós e os alunos.
Em suma, o estágio pedagógico e a experiência docente do professor estagiário, refletiu-se como sendo um conjunto de transformações que decorreram da forma de intervir e de pensar na prática. Enquadrandose num processo complexo, repleto de tomadas de decisões e de interpretações de contextos, que surgiram de acordo com o tipo de Homem que se pretendeu formar e com o conjunto de princípios que nos definiram enquanto docentes.
The following document is a follow-up to the pedagogical internship process of the Masters Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education, held at Francisco Franco High School, during the academic year 2016/2017, to a 12th grade class. In this Report, we tried to present, analyze and reflect on all the activities, problems and experiences lived during the pedagogic stage, thus expressing the learning and transformations, resulting from the whole process, which basically involved actions such as: learner practice, intervention in the school community, activities of integration in the environment and activities of a scientific-pedagogical nature. In view of this multiplicity of actions, this document was the result of the convergence and articulation between them, which ended up giving the internship an integral and eclecticist character, regarding the training of the trainee teacher. In this sense, these activities presented themselves as real problems that, usually, are in charge of elevating the future teachers of Physical Education, to the limits of their capacities. This being the culmination of a complex process of teaching and learning, since it took place as a reflection of our professional and personal maturation, it also enabled us to pass through a set of experiences, which allowed us, as trainee teachers, to intervene and transform individuals. As a result of the transversal experiences of this process, we highlighted the acquisition and improvement of the following capacities: decision making, application and analysis of strategies, as well as the domain of methodologies and working tools. That in the end, they contributed to the reciprocal learning between us and the students. In sum, the pedagogic stage and the teaching experience of the trainee teacher were reflected as a set of transformations that took place in the way of intervening and thinking in practice. It is framed in a complex process, full of decision-making and contextual interpretations, which emerged according to the type of Man that was intended to form and with the set of principles that defined us as teachers.
