Abstract(s)
Esta dissertação possui o objetivo de investigar a utilização da robótica educacional como
possibilidade para uma prática pedagógica inovadora em uma escola localizada na periferia do
sertão cearense. Assim, esta pesquisa busca compreender como um grupo de estudo em robótica
pode proporcionalizar experiências inovadoras na aprendizagem dos atores. Para analisar a
maneira como os participantes utilizam o seu conhecimento e compartilham as informações,
foi utilizada uma metodologia de investigação concentrada numa pesquisa qualitativa de
abordagem etnográfica com o investigador dentro do cenário pesquisado. Os dados foram
coletados por meio da observação participante e de entrevistas não estruturadas. Durante um
semestre, foram realizadas as observações e os seus registros de modo a compreender esse
ambiente de aprendizagem. Após as análises das observações e das entrevistas não estruturadas,
ficou perceptivel o fato de que a utilização da robótica, no âmbito educacional, pode ser um
instrumento inovador, motivador e dinamizador dos processos de ensino e de aprendizagem.
Sendo assim, sua utilização serve como scaffolding na construção do conhecimento.
This thesis has aimed to investigate the use of educational robotics as a possibility for innovative teaching practice in a school located in Ceara semiarid region. Thus, this research seeks to understand how a study group in robotics can provide innovative experiences on student learning. In order to analyze the way the participants use their knowledge and share information it was used a research methodology concentrated in a qualitative study of an ethnographic approach with the researcher inside the researched scenario, collecting data using participative observation and unstructured interviews. During one semester were carried out observations and registers in order to understand this learning environment. After the analyzes of the observations and unstructured interviews were perceptible that the use of robotics in the educational scope can be an innovator. motivator and facilitator instrument of the teaching and learning process and its use serves as in the construction of knowledge.
