Abstract(s)
problemáticas, tornando o processo profissional docente complexo.
O envolvimento nestas atividades do Estágio Pedagógico promoveu
This report aims to demonstrate the entire process related to the Pedagogical Internship of the Master in Physical Education Teaching in the Basic and Secondary Education of the University of Madeira, held at the Francisco Franco Secondary School, in the academic year 2019/2020. This document is intended to present, substantiate and reflect on all decisions made during the activities of the Pedagogical Internship, as well as all the experiences, difficulties and challenges experienced in a real teaching context. The teaching-learning process provides a wide variety of situations and problems, making the professional teaching process complex. Thus, it is essential to have the proper management and operationalization of a set of activities for the benefit of the class and the student in particular, to which the results that result from them are fundamental sources of learning and experiences. In the context of the Pedagogical Internship, a set of activities were developed with a group of secondary education: (I) Teaching Practice; (II) Activities of a scientific and pedagogical nature; (III) Integration Activities in the Environment and (IV) Intervention Activities in the School Community. The involvement in these activities of the Pedagogical Internship promoted several experiences that allowed to understand the conditions associated with the teaching-learning process and improve decision making. As Physical Education teachers, we had the opportunity to intervene with different teaching methodologies and strategies, seeking the integral development of the student in a society that is constantly changing. Thus, based on the principle of analysis, prescription and control of pedagogical processes, it was possible to develop in our students the capacity for autonomy, cooperation, respect, leadership, adaptation and critical reflection. The Pedagogical Internship was a fundamental step for our personal and professional transformation, providing the development of specific skills for future more sustained and autonomous pedagogical interventions.
