O presente relatório de estágio, integrado no Mestrado em Ensino de Educação
Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade da Madeira, é o culminar de
todas as atividades desenvolvidas numa turma do 11.º ano de escolaridade da Escola
Básica e Secundária Gonçalves Zarco, no ano letivo de 2019/2020.
Este documento pedagógico contempla todas as atividades concretizadas no
âmbito do estágio pedagógico, desde a sua apresentação, e respetivo planeamento, até à
sua dinamização, e posterior reflexão.
O ato de ensinar não se baseia, essencialmente, na transmissão e reprodução de
conhecimento, mas na possibilidade de contribuir para a reconstrução do saber,
tornando os agentes da comunidade educativa mais capazes de aprender, interpretar e
relacionar os conhecimentos.
Assim, é necessário se propor uma mudança ou uma rotura do sistema
educativo, onde a organização escolar potencie o desenvolvimento das capacidades e
potencialidades de todos os seres bio-psico-sociais, fomentando a capacidade de
pesquisa, de iniciativa, de autonomia, de criatividade e de espírito crítico.
Deste modo, no estágio pedagógico foram desenvolvidas as seguintes atividades:
(i) Prática Letiva; (ii) Atividades de Intervenção no Meio; (iii) Atividades de
Intervenção na Comunidade e (iv) Ações de Natureza Científico Pedagógica.
Em suma, a prática educativa, atualmente, apresenta um grau de importância
elevado, uma vez que é através desta que é desenvolvida nos alunos competências que
os permitam analisar e solucionar os problemas da sociedade. Neste contexto, o
professor deve refletir, acertadamente, as suas formas de atuação em contexto
educacional, fazendo-as serem exemplares para os seus alunos.
This internship report, integrated in the Master in Physical Education Teaching in the Basic and Secondary Education of the University of Madeira, is the culmination of all the activities developed for a class of the 11th year of schooling of the Basic and Secondary School Gonçalves Zarco, in the academic year 2019/2020. This pedagogical document contemplates all the activities carried out within the scope of the pedagogical practice, from its presentation, and respective planning, to its dynamism, and subsequent reflection. The act of teaching is not essentially based on the transmission and reproduction of knowledge, but on the possibility of contributing to the reconstruction of knowledge, making the agents of the educational community more capable of learning, interpreting and relating knowledge. Thus, it is necessary to propose a change or a rupture in the educational system, where the school organization enhances the development of the capacities and potential of all bio-psycho-social beings, fostering the capacity for research, initiative, autonomy, creativity and critical minded. Thus, in the Pedagogical Internship, the following activities were developed: (i) Teaching Practice; (ii) Intervention Activities in the Environment; (iii) Intervention Activities in the Community and (iv) Pedagogical Scientific Actions. In short, educational practice currently has a high degree of importance, since it is through this that students are developed skills that allow them to analyse and solve society's problems. In this context, the teacher must accurately reflect his ways of acting in an educational context, making them exemplary for his students.
