O Conselho Económico e Social (CES) de Portugal aprovou em 2021
um Manual para a Linguagem Inclusiva na Administração Pública. Já em 1999, 22
anos antes, a UNESCO concebia o Guia Sobre a Linguagem Neutra em função do
sexo, evidenciando uma interdependência entre género gramatical e sexo. Outros
organismos se têm manifestado a propósito de questões de Linguística e Gramática
que interessam à comunidade mundial, em que qualquer pessoa parece ter opinião
e posição. Há uma mudança a acontecer e ela tem vindo a manifestar-se nas línguas
românicas. É o que se pretende observar, sobretudo, para o português.

In 1999, mostly 22 years before, UNESCO prepared a Guidelines for Neutral Language reporting to sex, explaining the grammatical intersection between gender and sex. Some other institutions had given their point of view about Linguistics and Grammatical issues that interest the international community, because anyone seems to have something to say about this subject and a personal position. A changing is happening, and it is evident in the Romance Languages. §is is what we want to observe specially for the Portuguese.
