Educação matemática: uma possibilidade de inovação pedagógica

Abstract(s)
A escola está passando por diversas mudanças, a cada dia está mais difícil conseguir reter
atenção do aluno em sala de aula; além de que a insatisfação com a matemática continua
presente na vida escolar. O paradigma fabril ainda prevalece na educação atual. Embora, surjam
inovações pedagógicas para incentivar ideias e comportamentos diferenciados, que contribuem
para mudanças nas práticas pedagógicas, tendo como desafio tornar o aluno mais independente
e participativo na construção da sua própria aprendizagem. Com base nas constantes queixas
escolares das dificuldades de aprendizagem na matemática, por boa parte dos alunos, surgiu o
interesse nesta pesquisa. O intuito foi buscar, através da etnográfica na educação, se as práticas
pedagógicas do projeto de educação matemática realizadas no Colégio Cebrapi-Piauí,
caracterizariam inovação pedagógica. Algumas tentativas de mudanças, no campo da educação
matemática, já aparecem através da utilização do construtivismo, aprendizagem significativa e
colaborativa. Concluindo-se que, a inovação pedagógica é algo necessário para o processo de
aprendizagem dos alunos no desenvolvimento dos conceitos matemáticos, que são construídos
ao longo da sua vivência e experiências matemáticas utilizadas no seu dia-a-dia.
The school is currently undergoing several changes, each day is more difficult to retain the attention of the student in the classroom, and that dissatisfaction with mathematics is still present in school life. The factory paradigm still prevails in today's education. However, pedagogical innovation arises to encourage innovative ideas and behaviors, which may contribute to changes in pedagogical practices, with the challenge of making the student more independent and participatory in the construction of his own learning. Based on the present school complaint of learning difficulties in mathematics, by a good part of the students, this research appeared. The intuition was to search through the ethnographic in education, if the pedagogical practices of the mathematical education project carried out in the Cebrapi-Piauí College, would characterize pedagogical innovation. Some attempts at changes in the field of mathematics education already appear through the use of constructivism, meaningful and collaborative learning. In conclusion, pedagogical innovation is something necessary for the students' learning process in the development of mathematical concepts, which are constructed throughout their experience and mathematical experiences used in their daily lives.
