Abstract(s)
O relatório de estágio consuma-se numa componente de avaliação realizada no
âmbito do estágio pedagógico, inserido no Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos
Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade da Madeira. Este engloba todas as
atividades e práticas desenvolvidas na Escola Básica e Secundária Gonçalves Zarco.
Deste modo, o relatório permite analisar e refletir sobre as problemáticas vivenciadas ao
longo do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, sendo encarado como um espaço de
consciencialização para a complexidade da prática pedagógica.
Neste sentido, com o propósito de apresentar de forma clara e precisa o trabalho
desenvolvido, o presente relatório expressa o conjunto de atividades associadas ao estágio
pedagógico, nomeadamente (i) a prática letiva, (ii) as ações de integração no meio escolar,
(iii) as ações de natureza científico-pedagógica e (iv) as atividades de intervenção na
comunidade escolar.
O estágio assumiu um caráter integral na formação de professores estagiários,
dada a diversidade de atividades solicitadas no exercício da prática pedagógica e a
articulação entre as mesmas. Todas as atividades possibilitaram o confronto com
vivências educativas e permitiram elevar as capacidades dos futuros docentes de
Educação Física, numa lógica de aprendizagem recíproca entre professores e alunos.
Assim sendo, podemos salientar a importância do estágio para o desenvolvimento
profissional através da aquisição de competências ao nível do planeamento, da tomada de
decisão e da seleção dos meios e métodos mais adequados para o contexto de ensino, bem
como do domínio de diferentes instrumentos e metodologias de intervenção.
Posto isto, as transformações resultantes da prática pedagógica em contexto de
estágio possibilitaram a formação de indivíduos preparados para responderem às
exigências inerentes à educação, refletindo constantemente sobre as formas de atuação
para formar o Homem que pretendemos.
The internship report is consummated in an evaluation component carried out within the pedagogical internship, inserted in the Master's degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education of the University of Madeira. This encompasses all the activities and practices developed in the Gonçalves Zarco Elementary and Secondary School. Thus, the report allows analyzing and reflecting on the problems experienced throughout the teaching-learning process, being seen as a space of awareness for the complexity of pedagogical practice. In this sense, with the purpose of presenting clearly and accurately the work developed, this report expresses the set of activities associated with the pedagogical internship, namely (i) the teaching practice, (ii) the integration actions in the school environment, (iii) the actions of a scientific-pedagogical nature and (iv) the intervention activities in the school community. The internship assumed an integral character in the training of trainee teachers, given the diversity of activities requested in the exercise of pedagogical practice and the articulation between them. All activities allowed the confrontation with educational experiences and allowed to increase the capacities of future physical education teachers, in a logic of reciprocal learning between teachers and students. Therefore, we can highlight the importance of internship for professional development through the acquisition of skills in planning, decision-making and the selection of the most appropriate means and methods for the teaching context, as well as the mastery of different instruments and methodologies of intervention. Having said that, the transformations resulting from pedagogical practice in the context of internship enabled the formation of individuals prepared to respond to the demands inherent to education, constantly reflecting on the ways of acting to form the Man we want.
