| dc.description.abstract | O basquetebol 3x3 tem-se afirmado como uma vertente dinâmica e acessível da modalidade, apresentando-se como uma alternativa pedagógica valiosa na Educação Física Escolar. Este trabalho teve como objetivo desenvolver um instrumento pedagógico que permitisse estruturar a prática do basquetebol 3x3 em contexto escolar, adaptando as regras oficiais da FIBA a diferentes níveis de aprendizagem. Para tal, foram selecionadas e analisadas nove regras essenciais, posteriormente validadas por docentes especialistas na modalidade, garantindo que as adaptações propostas fossem adequadas ao ambiente educativo. A estruturação do basquetebol 3x3 em níveis progressivos pode ser uma estratégia eficaz para: (i) a promoção do envolvimento dos alunos nas aulas de Educação Física; (ii) facilitar o desenvolvimento de competências motoras, sociais e cognitivas e (iii) incentivar uma abordagem inclusiva na aprendizagem do jogo. | dc.description.abstract | Abstract 3x3 basketball has established itself as a dynamic and accessible aspect of the sport, presenting itself as a valuable pedagogical alternative in school physical education. The aim of this study was to develop a teaching tool to structure the practice of 3x3 basketball in a school context, adapting the official FIBA rules to different learning levels. To this end, nine essential rules were selected and analysed, then validated by teachers specialising in the sport, ensuring that the proposed adaptations were suitable for the educational environment. The results showed that structuring 3x3 basketball into progressive levels can be an effective strategy for: (i) promoting student involvement in PE lessons; (ii) facilitating the development of motor, social and cognitive skills and (iii) encouraging an inclusive approach to learning the game. Thus, this study reinforces the value of 3x3 basketball as an effective teaching strategy, providing a structured model that supports its implementation in school physical education. | eng |
