Abstract(s)
O presente Relatório de Estágio, elaborado no âmbito do Estágio Pedagógico,
marca o culminar de todo o percurso formativo. Nele está reunido o trabalho desenvolvido
e concretizado durante o ano letivo de 2023/2024, no desempenho das funções de
professor estagiário da disciplina de Educação Física. Assume-se como uma ferramenta
didático-pedagógica no qual estão retratadas todas as estratégias implementadas e
atividades dinamizadas mediante uma análise crítica e reflexiva.
Com o objetivo de promover uma educação integral que potencie o
desenvolvimento e crescimento do aluno a curto, médio e longo prazo, é essencial que
este seja o principal foco do processo educativo. Nesse contexto, durante o estágio tentei
assumir um papel de catalisador desse processo, incentivando o aluno a adotar uma
atitude crítica e reflexiva perante os acontecimentos, a desenvolver a capacidade de
construir o seu próprio conhecimento, a resolver problemas e a tornar-se
progressivamente mais autónomo. Apenas dessa forma será possível preparar o aluno de
forma eficaz para os desafios da sociedade atual e futura.
O relatório inclui justificações relativas ao planeamento e reflexões sobre os
resultados das aprendizagens de todas as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do Estágio
Pedagógico, nomeadamente: (I) Prática Letiva, (II) Atividades de Intervenção na
Comunidade Escolar, (III) Atividades de Integração no Meio e (IV) Ações de Natureza
Científico-Pedagógica, tanto individuais como coletivas.
O estágio foi uma etapa fundamental para o meu desenvolvimento pessoal e
profissional enquanto futuro professor de Educação Física. Proporcionou-me a
oportunidade de aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do percurso formativo,
desenvolver competências transversais a diversas áreas do saber e familiarizar-me com
as dinâmicas dos estabelecimentos de ensino, facilitando a resolução de desafios
pedagógicos. O estágio pedagógico proporcionou experiências enriquecedoras,
fortalecendo competências docentes, pessoais e profissionais, enfrentando desafios e
promovendo aprendizagens significativas para o desenvolvimento integral dos alunos e
para a docência futura.
This Internship Report, drawn up as part of the Pedagogical Internship, marks the culmination of the entire training programme. It brings together the work carried out and realised during the 2023/2024 school year, as a trainee Physical Education teacher. It is a didactic-pedagogical tool in which all the strategies implemented and activities streamlined are portrayed through a critical and reflective analysis. With the aim of promoting an integral education that enhances the development and growth of the student in the short, medium and long term, it is essential that this is the main focus of the educational process. In this context, during my internship I tried to play a catalysing role in this process, encouraging students to adopt a critical and reflective attitude towards events, to develop the ability to build their own knowledge, to solve problems and to become progressively more autonomous. Only in this way will it be possible to prepare students effectively for the challenges of current and future society. The report includes justifications for the planning and reflections on the learning outcomes of all the activities carried out during the Pedagogical Internship, namely: (I) Teaching Practice, (II) Intervention Activities in the School Community, (III) Integration Activities in the Environment and (IV) Actions of a Scientific-Pedagogical Nature, both individual and collective. The internship was a fundamental stage in my personal and professional development as a future PE teacher. It gave me the opportunity to apply the knowledge I had acquired throughout my training, develop transversal skills in different areas of knowledge and familiarise myself with the dynamics of educational establishments, making it easier to solve pedagogical challenges. The teaching internship provided enriching experiences, strengthening teaching, personal and professional skills, facing challenges and promoting significant learning for the integral development of the students and for future teaching.
