longo do ano letivo 2024/2025.
aprendizagens adquiridas especialmente a nível profissional e pessoal.
This document was prepared as part of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Primary and Secondary Education at the University of Madeira and is the result of teaching practice carried out at a school in the Autonomous Region of Madeira during the 2024/2025 academic year. This document reflects a learning journey marked by the confrontation with the challenges of school reality in the face of the articulation between theory and practice and by the search for a teaching identity under construction. Structurally, the report is subdivided according to the activities carried out during the teaching internship, which include Teaching Practice, School Community Intervention Activities, School Integration Activities, and Scientific-Pedagogical Activities. Considerations are also presented on all the points mentioned, as well as reflections on the impact of this journey and the lessons learned, especially at a professional and personal level. The role of the teacher in today's society is taken on from a broad perspective that goes beyond the transmission of technical and sporting content. PE teaching, in turn, proves to be a privileged space for training critical, conscious and participatory citizens capable of interacting in society through what the practice of sports promotes. In turn, teaching practice can be understood as a place of mutual learning, of confrontation with the unexpected and of the need for constant flexibility, where it is possible to develop strategies for management, adaptation and growth. It was in this context that the experiences gained during the internship contributed decisively to the development of a teaching identity in the making, based on observation, practice and continuous reflection.
