a «ex p o si ç ã o p r o l o n g a d a à l u z » e s t e v e p a t e n t e n o mu s e u d e ar t e Contemporânea do f unchal, em finais de 2010. n ela, três artistas partilharam com o público uma visão particular de comunidade, porque diversa e convergente ao mesmo tempo, acerca da luz como virtualidade que instaura a materialidade da imagem. a través de vestígios e esboços de cinema, vídeo e fotografia, instalados no contexto museológico do «ver», esta exposição é aqui «vista» como um caso particular que conduz ao geral. e ste «geral» não é mais do que a fruição estética, feita de (re)(des) encontros com públicos concretos, virtuais e possíveis.
t he “Prolonged e xposure to Light” exhibition was shown at f unchal Contemporary a rt m useum, at the end of 2010. i n it, three artists shared with the public a particular vision of community, diverse and convergent at the same time, about light as potentiality that establishes the image as matter. t rough film sketches and traces, video and photography, installed within the museum con text of “sight”, this exhibition is hereby “seen” as a particular case that leads to generalization. t his ‘generalization’ is none else than aesthetic fruition made of (re)(non)encounters with specific, virtual and possible publics.
