Abstract(s)
O documento que se segue representa o culminar de todo um processo complexo
denominado por Estágio Pedagógico (EP) e que decorre no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino em
Educação Física (EF) nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, ministrado pela Universidade da
Madeira. Este Relatório de Estágio (RE) pretende agrupar e sistematizar todas as atividades
inerentes ao EP, realizado na Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz (ESJM), de forma a que a análise
e reflexão acerca das problemáticas e experiências enfrentadas, possam ser coerentes e
apresentadas de uma forma organizada e estruturada. Nesse sentido, pretende-se demonstrar de
que forma e em que grau é que a nossa introdução à vida profissional ajudou a transformar as
nossas competências e a moldar a nossa perceção à realidade.
Caraterizado por um contexto de promoção contante de desafios, problemas e incertezas
que obrigam a refletir antes, durante e depois de todas as intervenções do estagiário, o EP
constituiu um momento essencial ao percurso formativo do mesmo. Em todas as suas vertentes,
concretizadas através das dimensões curricular, de complemento curricular e de natureza
científico-pedagógica, o EP contribui decisivamente para uma formação integrada, transversal
e multifacetada do professor estagiário.
Num contexto de incerteza e de problemas que carecem de soluções mais ou menos
imediatas, o EP promoveu um leque de solicitações fulcrais de base para um percurso formativo
que se prevê e deseja, longo e de sucesso. As tarefas de um professor não se limitam à função
docente, nesse sentido, esta etapa formativa promove o desenvolvimento das capacidades de
análise e desenvolvimento da análise e sistematização e do conhecimento.
É durante este processo que o futuro Professor começa a dominar os processos, os
instrumentos e as estratégias que, sendo alvo obrigatório de ajustamentos constantes, lhe vão
permitir aumentar a eficácia e a eficiência do processo pedagógico.
A evolução do processo ensino-aprendizagem, em todas as suas componentes,
representa uma necessidade imperativa para que o Professor possa maximizar o potencial que
a EF tem para transformar pessoas, numa perspetiva que estas possam usar essas ferramentas
para garantirem uma evolução permanente das suas capacidades no futuro.
The following document represents the culmination of a whole complex process called pedagogical internship (EP) and that takes place in the scope of the Master's degree in Teaching in Physical Education (EF) in Basic and Secondary Education, taught by the University of Madeira. This Internship Report (RE) aims to group and systematize all the activities inherent to the EP, carried out at Jaime Moniz Secondary School (ESJM), so that the analysis and reflection on the problems and experiences faced, can be coherent and presented in an organized and structured way. In this sense, we intend to demonstrate how and to what extent our introduction to professional life has helped transform our skills and shape our perception to reality. Characteristic of a context of promotion as long as challenges, problems and uncertainties that require to reflect before, during and after all the interventions of the trainee, the EP was an essential moment in the training path of the trainee. In all its aspects, implemented through the curricular dimensions, curricular complement and scientific pedagogical nature, the EP contributes decisively to an integrated, transversal and multifaceted training of the trainee teacher. In a context of uncertainty and problems that need more or less immediate solutions, the EP has promoted a range of key basic requests for a formative path that is predicted and desired, long and successful. The tasks of a teacher are not limited to the teaching function, in this sense, this formative stage promotes the development of the capacities of analysis and development of analysis and systematization and knowledge. It is during this process that the future Teacher begins to master the processes, instruments, and strategies that, being the mandatory target of constant adjustments, will allow him to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the pedagogical process. The evolution of the teaching-learning process, in all its components, represents an imperative need for the Teacher to maximize the potential that EF has to transform people, in a perspective that they can use these tools to ensure a permanent evolution of their capabilities in the future.
