Abstract(s)
O presente documento emerge no seguimento do processo de estágio pedagógico do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básicos e Secundários, concretizado na Escola Secundária de Francisco Franco, durante o ano letivo de 2018/ 2019, por meio da lecionação de uma turma de 10.º ano. Durante a concretização deste documento procuramos apresentar, analisar e refletir sobre todas as atividades experienciadas durante o processo de estágio. O desenvolvimento deste processo reflexivo ocorreu nos capítulos da PL, das AICE, das atividades de integração no meio e das atividades de natureza científico-pedagógicas. O presente documento resultou de um conjunto de transformações que ocorreram durante o período de lecionação. As atividades anteriormente mencionadas apresentaram-se como autênticos desafios que, habitualmente, se encarregam de elevar os futuros professores de Educação Física, aos limites das suas capacidades. Sendo este o culminar de um processo complexo de ensino-aprendizagem, já que se assumiu como um reflexo do nosso desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal, proporcionou-nos também a passagem por um conjunto de experiências, que nos possibilitaram, enquanto professores estagiários, intervir e transformar indivíduos. Produto das experiências transversais deste processo, salientámos a obtenção e melhoria das seguintes capacidades: o domínio de metodologias e instrumentos de trabalho, a aplicação e análise de estratégias, bem como, a tomada de decisão. Que considerámos cruciais, pois contribuíram para as aprendizagens recíprocas verificadas entre nós e os alunos. Resumidamente, o estágio pedagógico resultou num conjunto de transformações operacionais e reflexivas, através de um processo complexo onde foram solicitadas inumeras tomadas de decisão seguidas da capacidade de reflexão em função de um objetivo comum.
This document emerges following the pedagogical internship process of the Master in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education, implemented at the Francisco Franco Secondary School, during the 2018/2019 school year, through the teaching of a class of 10 students. .Th grade. During the implementation of this document we seek to present, analyze and reflect on all activities experienced during the internship process. The development of this reflective process occurred in the chapters of the PL, the AICE, the integration activities in the environment and the scientific-pedagogical activities. This document resulted from a set of transformations that occurred during the teaching period. The aforementioned activities presented themselves as authentic challenges that usually take the task of elevating future Physical Education teachers to the limits of their abilities. This being the culmination of a complex teaching-learning process, as it was assumed as a reflection of our professional and personal development, it also allowed us to go through a set of experiences that allowed us, as trainee teachers, to intervene and transform individuals. Product of the cross-sectional experiences of this process, we emphasized the obtaining and improvement of the following capacities: the mastery of methodologies and work tools, the application and analysis of strategies, as well as the decision making. Which we consider crucial, as they contributed to the reciprocal learning between us and the students. Briefly, the pedagogical internship resulted in a set of operational and reflexive transformations, through a complex process in which innumerable decision-making was followed, followed by the ability to reflect on a common goal.
