O presente Relatório surge como parte integrante do Estágio Pedagógico do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário realizado na Escola Básica e Secundária Gonçalves Zarco no ano letivo 2017/2018. Com este documento, pretende-se descrever, analisar e refletir construtivamente as experiências tidas em contexto de Estágio Pedagógico no exercício da função de professores estagiários de Educação Física. Durante a prática profissional docente, existe a necessidade de planear, operacionalizar e gerir atividades que envolvam a comunidade escolar, o que permite ao professor estagiário conhecer e consciencializar-se da complexidade inerente ao exercício da docência. Assim sendo, durante o Estágio Pedagógico foram desenvolvidas um conjunto de atividades, nomeadamente: (i) a Prática Letiva; (ii) as Ações CientíficoPedagógicas; (iii) as Ações de Intervenção na Comunidade Escolar e, (iv) as Ações de Integração no Meio Escolar. As experiências no âmbito do Estágio Pedagógico possibilitaram ao professor estagiário: (i) o domínio minucioso dos conhecimentos científicos e técnicos no âmbito do ensino da Educação Física; (ii) o conhecimento detalhado dos programas da disciplina e a sua adequação à realidade contextual educativa específica; (iii) a dinamização do debate e da reflexão sobre problemáticas associadas ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem, e (iv) o desenvolvimento progressivo de competências profissionais ética, moral e deontologicamente adequadas às exigências do contexto educativo (autonomia, iniciativa, pesquisa, investigação, análise e reflexão, cooperação, relacionamento interpessoal, comunicação oral e escrita). Mais do que promover evoluções no professor estagiário, o Estágio Pedagógico possibilitou a formação de alunos minimamente preparados para se adaptaram às exigências de um quotidiano sucessivamente em transformação.
This Report is an integral part of the Pedagogical of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education conducted at the Basic and Secondary School Gonçalves Zarco in the 2017/2018 school year. With this document,we intend to describe, analyze and constructively reflect the experiences held in the context of Pedagogical Stage in the exercise of the function of Physical Education trainee teachers. During professional teaching practice, there is a need to plan, operationalize and manage activities that involve the school community, which allows the trainee teacher to know and become aware of the inherent complexity of teaching. Therefore, during the Pedagogical Stage, a set of activities were developed, in particular: (i) the Learner Practice; (ii) Scientific-Pedagogical Actions; (iii) Intervention Actions in the School Community and, (iv) Integration Actions in the School Environment. The experiences in the Pedagogical Stage enabled the trainee teacher to: (i) the detailed mastery of scientific and technical knowledge in the teaching of Physical Education; (ii) detailed knowledge of the programs of the discipline and their adaptation to the specific contextual educational reality; (iii) the dynamization of debate and reflection on problems associated with the teaching-learning process, and (iv) the progressive development of ethical, moral and deontologically appropriate professional competences to the requirements of the educational context (autonomy, initiative, research, analysis and reflection, cooperation, interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication). More than promoting evolutions in the trainee teacher, the Pedagogical Stage made possible the formation of minimally prepared students to adapt to the demands of a successively changing daily life.
