Abstract(s)
Este relatório é o resultado do Estágio Pedagógico, realizado numa Escola Básica e
Secundária da Região Autónoma da Madeira, no ano letivo 2023/2024. Este estágio está
integrado no segundo ano do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico
e Secundário da Universidade da Madeira. O documento está organizado tendo por base
as linhas programáticas do Estágio Pedagógico, estando estruturado em seis capítulos: (i)
enquadramento do estágio, (ii) caracterização da escola, (iii) prática letiva, (iv) atividades
de intervenção na comunidade escolar, (v) atividade de integração no meio e (vi) ações
científico-pedagógicas. Em cada um dos capítulos procurei descrever o trabalho
desenvolvido por mim ao longo de todo este processo. O Estágio Pedagógico é de extrema
importância, pois é uma oportunidade de complementar a formação teórica da
universidade através da experiência prática. É através desta experiência que se consegue
aplicar o conhecimento teórico (metodologias de ensino) na prática, desenvolver
competências pedagógicas (por exemplo de planeamento), desenvolver competências
interpessoais (por exemplo de comunicação), conhecer o contexto real das escolas e
aprimorar a nossa capacidade de lidar com os desafios atuais da educação. Como o
desenvolvimento de cada uma dessas componentes implica uma reflexão acerca dos
aspetos positivos, aspetos negativos e aspetos a melhorar, para além da descrição de cada
uma das atividades desenvolvidas, procurei refletir criticamente acerca do trabalho
desenvolvido, bem como dos benefícios que estas atividades tiveram para mim enquanto
professor estagiário.
This report is the result of the Pedagogical Internship, carried out in a Basic and Secondary School in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, in the 2023/2024 school year. This internship is part of the second year of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the University of Madeira. The document is organized based on the programmatic lines of the Pedagogical Internship, and is structured in six chapters: (i) framing of the internship, (ii) characterization of the school, (iii) teaching practice, (iv) intervention activities in the school community, (v) integration activity in the environment and (vi) scientific-pedagogical actions. In each of the chapters I tried to describe the work developed by myself throughout this process. The Pedagogical Internship is extremely important, as it is an opportunity to complement the university's theoretical training through practical experience. It is through this experience that it is possible to apply theoretical knowledge (teaching methodologies) in practice, develop pedagogical skills (e.g. planning), develop interpersonal skills (e.g. communication), know the real context of schools and improve our ability to deal with the current challenges of education. As the development of each of these components implies a reflection on the positive aspects, negative aspects and aspects to improve, in addition to the description of each of the activities developed, I tried to critically reflect on the work developed, as well as the benefits that these activities had for me as a trainee teacher.
