A estrutura do
The implementation of innovative methodologies in the teaching of Physical Education is essential to promote the integral development of students. Among these approaches, reduced games have proven to be highly effective in cognitive stimulation and active practice. 3x3 basketball, a sport recently recognised on the Olympic stage, stands out for these very reasons. The aim of this study was to build an interactive exercise bench, designed as a didactic-pedagogical tool to support the teaching of 3x3 basketball in school physical education. The methodology adopted was based on semi-structured interviews with experienced teachers, culminating in the selection and systematisation of 33 different exercises. These were organised progressively, respecting different levels of complexity and technical-tactical domains. The structure of the exercise bank was developed with intuitive visual elements, such as interactive hyperlinks, explanatory subtitles and complexity indicators. In addition, the tool allows for constant updates, making it a dynamic resource that can be adapted to pedagogical needs. This tool not only facilitates the planning and execution of more dynamic and motivating lessons, but also promotes student autonomy in their learning process. It is envisaged that the integration of interactive technologies in Physical Education can enhance the quality of teaching and broaden learning opportunities, promoting more effective teaching.
